For STARTERS all of the jewelry is ridiculously I repeat ridiculously over priced for the cheap unattractive low quality stuff you get in return. I ordered a ring and had to pay taxes and shipping to receive it. So that was about 11.00 on top of ring cost. They claim you can return items if you encounter a problem but they DONT tell you the return shipping cost is on you.
My ring arrived damaged. It was scratched. How do you package and mail a customer something VISIBLY damaged or possibly used (ghetto/tacky)! So I contacted the sales rep and was instructed on how to initiate a request for a replacement ring not damaged. Guess what I had to pay for shipping the ring back. They send me another ring free of shipping costs that looked identical to what I sent them and as if they tried to dust/buff it up some.
I told my sales rep I want a refund. I was allowed to return the ring a 2nd time but had to pay shipping costs. Long story short this place is a hot mess! They are jokes! Do not waste your time entertaining the lies an talk about how much they have to offer and warranties etc because anytime you ship a defective product and have the nerve to make the customer incur the shipping costs to get it rectified speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and poor customer service!

By far the worst I tried calling them and it says you can only reach them through some page. I prefer to speak with people not with damn machines. I have a bracelet that was giving to me years ago that I really like and it broke. The person that gave it to me said that I could take it and that they would replace it for me, so I just wanted to know if I could return it because of this whole pandemic.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY! The stuff is very cheap looking. And also wrong items sent. Was sick and got in touch with the consultant before return time was up, she was very helpful. And by the time new prices were picked out and got info on what to do, then covid stuff happened and the return must of gotten there in time. The sent the original order back to me, over 4 months later!

September 2018 And now they've blocked me from their Facebook page. I made one "negative comment" about their pearls being fake in a necklace. I hadn't made a negative comment in over a year. If they can't take one "negative comment", they shouldn't be in business. I'll never do business with Park Lane Jewelry again. I planned to wear the jewelry I ordered, for my wedding.
But they never came. The consultant never got me my order or contacted me. I called and emailed her for a few months, but nothing. It was like she took my money and ran. Corporate couldn't find her or any consultant in my state. In the end I wanted my money back. I was told it was take my jewelry or nothing, as it had taken too long to resolve. It took months to get my order from corporate, after everything.
I was also told the jewelry had a lifetime warranty. But I wasn't told as the consumer, I foot the bill to get it to them and back to me; that is if they bother to fix it all. (2016)To top everything off, I had a couple of consultants bash me. Tell me that this was not Park Lane Jewelry's problem, among other things. I wasn't saying it was. I was just telling my experience to let others know more about this company.

Park Lane is an wonderful company to buy jewelry from. It is all about the independent rep you deal with how your experience turns out. Just like Mary Kay or any other direct sales company. The products that Park Lane have are great and the warrantee is awesome too. My rep, Carey Rippe, is amazing. She has helped me pick out great gifts for all the women (wife, mom, sisters) in my life and has given me great deals!
I would advise anyone to find out about the rep first. How long have they been independent and working with Park Lane, who worked with them that you know and what was their experience, and how do they treat you when you interact with them. Anyone can sign up to be an independent rep with direct sales companies but the bad ones tend to not last long.

Took a chance with this company and no one even in my state sells. I am totally thrilled with the quality of the jewelry and have numerous compliments on what I where from the kit. I am ordering more. Can't wait to share the opportunity with others and build this business here in my state. WooHoo! Customer service is very sweet and helpful. I even had a direct email from CEO's daughter welcoming to the company.

I would assume this business was of ethical and professional standards but I came across a post from young women who worked at one of your establishments. Her response on this post was not only disrespectful but consisted of hatred and discrimination. I'm appalled that you would employ such an individual and question If this is common practice of your employees.
This women did not have regard for human life when she made his statement and as her employer if this doesn't make you uncomfortable when you sleep at night you are just as responsible as she is!

Because the "Jewelry" party was at a friend's house, I went and ordered a pair of earrings, which upon delivery, I discovered I am highly allergic to. Their "Jewelry" is made of inferior material, which they call "Jeweler's Metal." When I asked about metal content at the party, they made no mention of gold or silver, only Jeweler's metal. The earrings were delivered to me nearly 4 weeks after placing the order.
I told my hostess that I wanted a refund; she contacted the sales rep, who wanted to have me exchange for something else. Today I went on line, to discover that I am just past the 30 day refund window. I don't want to exchange for anything else which they might have. Park Lane is highly overpriced. They present a sales pitch encouraging people to buy multiple pieces for a discount.
They do have some pieces that have more appeal, but those are reserved for hostess incentives. What a bummer, $45 wasted. Better to go to your local jeweler, on line, or high-end department store for quality.
