I've worked with Loch's Jewelers in the past and had excellent service (and beautiful jewelry!). I hadn't been there for a little while, but just went in today to have my watch battery replaced. The customer service was, once again, impeccable. Megan is, quite possibly, one of the kindest, friendliest, and most accommodating people I have ever met. Just dropping off a watch this visit, her service was top notch.

My mother had a beautiful ring that was her mothers engagement ring. My sister asked Halle to replicate it. We both ordered one and they are beautiful! The workmanship is intricate and reflects the artistry of the original ring. It's stunning and is admired by someone each time I wear it. It is something I will cherish!

I have had 3 pieces of jewelry worked on and they came out fabulous! Just recently, I needed a new slide on a custom necklace I had made decades ago. It came back perfect. The real surprise was getting the old slide back. Try to find a jewelry shop who would voluntarily do that. Amazing! They also reset the head of my diamond and added loose diamonds to a bracelet I had. Everything I have had done was perfect. Thanks to everyone who works in the store and the very talented folks who you never see that make the magic happen!

Do yourself a favor and go here for any and all jewelry needs you may have. My husband got my engagement ring here and we have since purchased our wedding bands and anniversary bands here. My sister and a few of my colleagues as well! the customer service is exceptional.everyone knows you by name from the moment you walk in the door.the diamonds are the best around and the prices can't be beat. the sales ladies are all so knowledgeable and know what looks good. I stop in for a quick cleaning and it's like seeing old friends. I see no reason to go anywhere else but here to buy jewelry!

I have known Eric for a many years outside of the purchasing of jewelery. We have had many conversations about his business and how to treat customers. It is for this reason that when I decided I wanted to get a diamond ring for my wife that I went to Eric. Eric and Megan Reed did not disappoint. They explained the different types of diamonds and how they are graded and valued.

They then showed my wife and I various diamonds to let us decide on which one we wanted. They also showed us the various types of settings available and assisted us in selecting one. Overall they made the process very simple and helped us select a beautiful diamond ring that was within our price range. My wife LOVES her ring! I highly recommend Eric and Megan.

We met Eric Loch and his wife on a recent river cruise. One dinner conversation revolved around jewelry and we learned about the "Fire Polish" process for diamonds. Eric impressed us as honest and knowledgeable. When we returned home to California we got a Fire Polish quote from Eric for a diamond solitaire as well as a repair quote to replace a cracked gem stone in my college class ring plus have it resized up two sizes.

We could not be happier with the result on both pieces. The fire polish added amazing "dazzle" to the diamond and the class ring looks as good as new. Even from 2700 miles away we will certainly do business with Eric Loch jewelers again.

Working with Meghan was a pleasure and I can't thank the other employees who took part in our engagement enough. Meghan took the time to listen to my fiance's description of my personality and helped him pick out the perfect ring. We look forward to returning to pick out our wedding bands in the future!

Pretty much the biggest waste of money and time I've experienced from a business in a long time. I brought in a luminox dive watch rated at 200 meter depth. It required a battery change. Licensed dealer quotes $100 to send it in- as there are multiple gasket and small screws that I don't have instruments or patience/ expertise to self change.

I expressed my concerns prospectively about the gaskets and specifically asked about integrity for taking diving post repair. Post repair, the watch face repeatedly get condensation. Clearly a leak induced by their poor repair. Did not occur prior to the battery change. When I brought in for a look, I was shut down from the start. They refused to even verify their work and instead told me I should've not worn the watch while washing my hands. Ridiculous. I will never go back and advise everyone I meet against this feeble and incompetent glorified antique shop. Trust me, save your time and money. Go elsewhere.

We were extremely happy with our engagement ring, and also subsequent wedding bands. We informed Meghan of our preferences and the results were fabulous. As clients we felt valued and looked after. We would recommend them.

I worked with Renee on picking an engagement ring, and couldn't have been happier. Of all the places I looked in the Lehigh Valley, Eric J. Loch was the best by far. They were professional, accommodating of my schedule, and not salesy or pushy at all. Renee was an absolute pleasure and brought in beautiful diamonds for me to choose from. I also showed her some photos of settings similar to what I wanted, and she did a great job picking settings that captured the aesthetic I wanted. I could not have been more pleased.

Love love this place there has not been one item of Jewelry that needed attention that this shop has not been able to handle, from my very intricate invisible setting blue diamond ring that needed a stone replacement to as simple enough job as a battery replacement on many of my watches. They are currently working on bring my 12 year old engagement ring back to its beautiful original state even though I didn't purchase it there. This shop is definitely a hidden gem. it sure what that say great things come in small packages. Thanks Eric J Loch for always taking care of my jewelry needs.//

This review is years overdue. I've known Eric personally for over a decade. I can say he is one of the most honest and community-oriented people I've had the pleasure of knowing. As for dealing with him on a business level, I put my faith and trust in him. Shop with confidence.

Went in to finish some Christmas shopping today with my wife. The staff was overwhelmingly helpful. Even helped us with a few different options for an idea we had for a relative. The result was fantastic. This is the place to go for individualized attention and service. If you don't see it, they can order it.

Great Store! I like most men am clueless as to what to get my wife when it comes to jewelry. I went to this store and the staff was courteous and extremely helpful. They asked me questions and guided me to a piece of jewelry that I would have never selected myself, but they were 100% correct and my wife LOVED it.

Was looking for a bit of bling and searched all the usual suspects.big chain stores.little stores in the mall.couldn't find anything I liked, nor could I find anyone working in a jewelry store that seemed to know anything about jewelry. Finally a friend pointed me to Eric J Loch, and I've found a jeweler for a lifetime. This is a true jeweler.the employees are knowledgeable and many of them have been in the market forever.

We worked with Jeff, who used to design jewelry, down to carving the wax for the designs. He showed me some things I loved, one of which I believe is sitting on my dresser, wrapped up for my birthday. We also discussed having a custom anniversary band made to match my engagement and wedding rings. Reasonable prices & Jeff knew exactly what we wanted.

While they may not appear to have the largest selection, they had plenty more than what we saw in the cases, plus they can have anything made. I took a piece to Eric J Loch for repair. It was an estate piece, and another jeweler had already told me that it would be better to melt it down and start from scratch. Not only did Eric J Loch repair my sentimental piece, but when I got it back it looked better than when it was new. I am so happy, and I will never go anywhere else.
