We have always been on a quest to be fully sustainable by hand crafting all of our jewelry to last for generations. We are now launching our first up-cycled items: Wine Charms! Taking previously used and excess earring samples and we have re-constructed them into unique wine charms. Each set of 4 is completely one-of-a-kind and eco-friendly.

My husband and I decided to take a drive today to do some shopping for our wedding anniversary. I had a gift certificate to use and I was pumped to shop but our experience was odd. When we walked out of the store my husband said 'that was uncomfortable.' I thought it was just me! There were four associates working. For starters, the woman at the front of the store could not keep her eyes off of us the whole time.
No idea why! Two of the other associates were busy with inventory but came off snotty/uninterested. Lastly, the fourth associate was very helpful and kind. I think she may have been the manager. So three out of the four associates made the experience uncomfortable. I would suggest if you're interested in shopping here to go online. Their people skills are lacking.

I highly recommend Sorrelli's Flagship Kutztown store. I would not recommend shopping online OVER visiting the Sorrelli Flagship store in person. The customer service is amazing! The staff are helpful and warm and very friendly. I live 3 hours away and I am always so excited to visit Sorrelli's Kuztown store IN PERSON Also, who wants to shop online when you can try stuff on and see the beautiful Swarovski crystals in person.the light shows so much more depth than a computer screen.
If have the opportunity to visit Sorrelli's Kuztown Flagship store -- please do! Its my happy place. Also want to give a shout out to Sorrelli for the new collections launched this year. Iris Bloom, Rose Garden, and Rocky Beach are spectacular! Great work and kudos to the design team.

Love so many of their designs. Great looking, high quality costume jewelry. Crystals catch the light beautifully and go with other pieces I have and with any outfit. Would rather have high quality Sorrelli jewelry than a lot of much more expensive fare. Dressed up or dressed down- it has a great look.

Beware of repair! I sent in a vintage pair of clip Sorrelli earrings that I've had for over 20 years to have them made into pierced. They were sent back to me completely stripped of their unique color and embellishments were added on. Not the same earrings I cherished over the years! They are sent to China of all places to be repaired. Nowhere on the website does it state the earrings get cleaned which is why they were color stripped. And why do they add to your jewelry? This is not a jewelry artisan product. They design in PA but made in China. Junk.
