I went into Jay Roberts Jewelers for the first time last week, as I was very interested in a new Omega Planet Ocean. I was approached by Andy who would help me in the process, and it was awesome from that point forward. Turns out Andy and I went to the same college, so we were off to a great start. Andy was patient and offered comparisons of several Planet Ocean options.

I left about an hour later and told Andy I'd be in touch. After more research I called him yesterday and told him to put the watch aside. I decided on the Planet Ocean with the black dial and steel band. Today I bought it and I'm ecstatic! The watch is gorgeous, and Andy's entire sales process was without pressure, and for that I'm thankful. I highly recommend this store to anybody who is serious about purchasing luxury watches. Great selection, too. Five stars!

My beautiful engagement ring came from Jay Roberts and it was absolutely flawless! They took the diamond my grandmother left me and put it on the halo setting I always wanted. Of course the day I got home from my carribean vacation engaged, I completely smashed it at work on the emergency exit door! I ran into the store a complete mess and begged they fix it asap! In a blink of an eye the ring was replaced and back on my finger. The customer service there is unmatchable!

My wife and I just left Jay Roberts Jewelers with my 90 year old mother in law and honestly I cannot say enough about this store. Over the years I myself have purchased three watches from them and their selection of luxury timepieces is absolutely one of the finest in South Jersey. They have serviced my watches for years and are one of the few jewelry stores that has a master watch repairman on staff.

I've also purchased plenty of jewelry for my wife. When it came time for my son to ask for his girlfriend's hand they rolled out the red carpet for him. They made him feel as if getting the perfect ring was the most important thing for everyone in that store. They knocked it out of the park and she said yes. But it was today's service that makes this place special and puts it head and shoulders about EVERY OTHER jewelry store in South Jersey.

Our mom is 90 and winding down. She has ten children, 7 of which are girls. She's trying to make sure that everything is fair for the girls when the time comes that she leaves us. They took their time answered all the questions that a 90 year old woman has, and smiled and listened to her telling the stories of when she got this piece or that one. They were so patient with her and so kind to her and she walked out of there with the figures she needed and Is. happy. Appraising a sixty five year old engagement ring is tan easy thing to do.

To mom that ring has meant everything to her for the last sixty five years, and it would be very easy to be dismissive about its value now. That was not what happened today.
