Don't go here if you're not experienced with buying jewelry! the owners of this establishment will take advantage of you and try to sell you wayyyyyyyy over priced jewelry. My friend tried to buy her chain here and they were trying to charge her 108 per gram for gold when the going rate is 60. Beware of this scammer do not send your loved ones here

I could not be happier with my ring. Two of the diamonds were from the engagement ring of my mother (and her grandmother before that). They worked with my fiance to reset the ring completely and add another diamond for a different look that fits me perfectly. My fiance had nothing but great things to say about them and how nice they are as well. Would definitely recommend!

Really nice people! Friendly, easy to talk to. I'd been looking around in other chain type jewelers and was not impressed with their pricing or customer service. Berman Jewelers is a local, family owned and operated business with fair pricing and they really spent time with me as a customer. They even rushed the order for me so I could have it sooner than what was agreed upon! Support small, local businesses and you won't be disappointed! I'll be going back for sure!

I was looking for a silver chain with a specific design in mind for a charm. I shared some photos with Debra and she was able to create just what I was looking for. They also had a very nice selection of watches. Even though I wasn't planning on it, I chose one out for myself. She helped choose a gold necklace for my son. I have been a client of Berman's for decades and have had nothing but great service and gorgeous outcomes when redesigning my jewelry. Fred and Debbie are fabulous. I can't say the same for other Jewelrs in the area who prefer to cater to the elite clientele, snubbing you if you don't "look" just right. Recently Fred and Deb redesigned 4 pieces of jewelry for me and the results are spectacular.

Worst jeweler experience I have ever had. Completely ruined a beautiful jade ring of mine in resizing. Ended up replacing the jade (due to the fact they absolutely ruined it) with stones that didn't fit the ring. The family member who gave me the ring passed away agreeing with me that this is by far the worst jewelry store in existence. Do not make the the same mistake I did and trust them with anything of value. Or, better yet, just avoid entirely.

Brought my engagement ring to Berman Jewelers 2 weeks before my wedding to get resized, just resized and they destroyed the ring. They wouldn't re-fix it. They flattened the thick band and the prongs around the stone were broken! They were rude and unprofessional. It was a terrible experience! I wrote to the better business Bureau and took my ring to a wonderful Jeweler in Philadelphia who came highly recommended. The jeweler in Philly fixed the ring to perfection! BUYER BEWARE! Don't go to Berman Jewelers if you care about quality or customer service.
