I had a fantastic experience at Venus jewelers. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. Specifically, I worked with Igor and Jason. Igor is personable and eager to assist in any way he can. Jason is very knowledgeable and was able to get me exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner. He even worked with me to make the purchase a surprise for my fiance!

They also made me feel confident that they would assist should I have any issues with my purchase. I would highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone who is in the market for a new purchase!

I had a wonderful experience buying an engagement ring for my fiancee. The service is first class. I felt like I was in the presence of experts that took one of the most important decisions in my life with the necessary care. I worked with Johnny, who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I bought my son a graduation gift at Venus Jeweler. I met with two different sales staff, Dean and Johnny and both were very kind and helpful. I was greeted warmly upon entering the store and helped right away without any pressure. My rings were cleaned as a complementary service while I waited as well. I love supporting local small businesses and I was very satisfied with the service and quality. I also had a bracelet and chain repaired. I would highly recommend this staff and business.

I grew up in Franklin so Venus has been a staple growing up. The service has always been outstanding! Today I had the pleasure of getting my wedding ring resized hassle free (my ring was too small and my wedding coming up). The freindly staff members (shout out to Jason and Vic!) were able to help get the right size on a tricky ring to resized. Getting my ring fit was great, getting it done with minimum stress was priceless. Venus, there is a reason you are the only store i go to for service. It's always the best!

I had a great experience at this location getting old watches new batteries and new bands. I was assisted by Jason and Shannon. They came out beautiful! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. They even gave me jewelry cleaning solution for NO CHARGE! Definitely will go back to this location for future jewelry pieces

I have a 1 carat round diamond that I had put in a setting that I bought from a jewelry store in the "mall" over 20 years ago. The band broke and the mall jewelry store was unable to fix the problem. I decided to go to Venus jewelers and look at replacement settings for my diamond. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by Donna as soon as I walked in.

I explained my story and that I did not have the 1 carat diamond with me but that I would like to look at new settings. Donna assured me that this was not a problem. She immediately went and retrieved a 1 carat round diamond and we started the process of choosing a new setting. Donna helped me choose and try on several different styles of rings and she placed the Venus jewelers round diamond in each setting to give me a better idea of what the finished ring would look like.

Her dedicated customer service, vision and care was exceptional. She spent quite a lot of time with me and it was greatly appreciated. Her advice was spot on and I was able to purchase a beautiful setting that day. Donna advised that I could come in anytime with my stone and they would set my diamond in my new setting. And the customer service gets even better.

When I arrived at the store with my stone, I was greeted immediately by Jason. He heard my story and confirmed that my round stone was in fact the original diamond. Long story, but I had doubts. Igor and Jason went about polishing and setting the stone in my new setting while I waited. Same day service at its finest. I also found out that it was Jason's birthday that day.

My ring was finally ready. When they presented me with the finished product, I was in such shock at how beautiful it was that I felt like it was my birthday! I was never so happy that a ring that I had for over 20 years was not able to be repaired by the other jeweler. My decision to visit Venus jewelers was the best decision that I could have made.

My new ring is such an upgrade and more beautiful than my wildest dreams. It's incredible! I sincerely appreciate the care and dedication that Donna, Jason and Igor provided. I will recommend this wonderful family owned establishment to everyone. What a pleasurable experience!

It is said when an establishment that sells jewelry has poor customer service. I walked in and did not even get greeted or noticed. It was two staff members working with one client and it's five other customers looking for help and their is no one there who cares. I would not recommend this jewelry store, I would rather go to a mom and pop Jewelry store at least they will greet you.

My fiance and I stopped into Venus jewelers to figure out which engagement ring would be the right fit for me. But 30 minutes after talking to Dora and we had almost committed to buying from them regardless of the price because the customer service is impeccable. He purchased the ring after discussing it with other jewelers to compare the price which was honestly very comparable to other jewelers we looked at.

Unfortunately their store was robbed while we were on vacation and our ring was stolen. They had called him to let him know that they were working on replacing it but he was international and didn't pick up. When he went to pick up the ring they told him the story but they had our exact replacement ring ready to go. It actually was a bit of an upgrade in the clarity and cut but they didn't charge him the difference.

Now we're working with them to buy our wedding bands. When making the choice we are so glad that we went with Venus jewelers because the customer service and people are incredible and at the end of the day that worked to our benefit. We loved them so much we recommended them to his brother who also purchased his engagement ring from them. Highly highly recommend!

Most definitely recommend Venus Jewelers. Professional, attentive, and customer centric with beautiful products and fair prices. I was in the market for a wheat link chain in 14K - and only trusted Venus to find the perfect one. They came through with a stunning piece I proudly wear daily. I will be trusting them to reset my engagement ring next! Can't recommend them highly enough!

I took my engagement ring to Venus jewelers to see if they could reproduce my lost diamond wedding band. Thankfully, I had the set appraised by them a while ago. We had the photos of both rings and they were able to reproduce the diamond wedding band even though the almost 30 year set were purchased in another state. They did a fabulous job and it looks as if they found the original! Every time I visit the store I'm greeted in a professional and top quality way. They are the best!

Not helpful or honest. I brought in a silver bangle bracelet that my mom had purchased there. The clasp was broken and they said it could not be mended. They offered to buy it for its silver weight price (not much) and put that money toward a replacement piece. THEY DID NOT SUGGEST TRYING A JEWELRY REPAIR SHOP. I said no thanks, took it to Alfredo's jewelry in Highland Park, and will have it back, repaired, in a week. I would really think twice about making a sizable purchase from Venus Jewelers.

Go here for jewelry. Avoid the mall. You will learn so much about quality and about what to look for. Venus transcends all of the big stores you see commercials for on TV in terms of attentiveness and honesty. They are not pushy because they do not have to be. The gems speak for themselves. Venus will show what they are saying.

I went in here not knowing what to expect, looking for an engagement ring. Johnny helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and was the absolute sweetest man I've ever met. I couldn't be happier with my experience, I would recommend this place to absolutely anybody!

Venus Jewlers is the finest jewlers I have ever known. My family and I have been going to them for over 20years and have never been dissatisfied! In fact every time I've gone to have work done I have been ecstatic and overjoyed with the finished product. On top of quality work they go above and beyond in their customer service. Customers are treated as guest rather than mere dollars. Today I thank them for the beautiful job they did on my engagement ring and wedding rings.

Cant say enough good things about Venus Jewelers! When my daughter list a stone from her engagement ring right before her wedding, Venus to the rescue! AND they didn't charge as a wedding gift to our family. This is why they have the love and support of not only the Regan's but of the Franklin Community!

I recently visited Venus jeweler's, because I acquired a bit of jewelry after my grandma passed on and needed help figuring out what I had. I wasn't sure what I had and was nervous it was a waste of their time. NEVER, they said. For what normally would be a very emotionally and trying time, Shannon made it very comfortable for me and was very knowledgeable in her industry.

She took her time and looked at every piece I brought in. That alone was a big task and then explained her findings with great detail. I not only left feeling like family, I left learning something. The time and dedication Shannon gave me was unmeasurable and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Shannon cared for my jewelry like it was her own this made the process that more pleasurable and easier to trust. Went there with a ton of silver jewelry to be cleaned because it was tarnished. (About 6 necklaces and 2 rings). I'm a frequent customer there but just had to comment on how despite the profit that could be made, their lovely counter woman steered me away from the cleaning and gave me a polishing cloth and offered their jewelry cleaner as a viable solution.

I went home and took care of the items myself and they looked brand new. That right there was integrity and will keep me coming back. Love this place. Thank you for your kindness.

I've had the most excellent customer service at Venus. Everyone was very friendly, from the moment of walking in and being greeted by Jason to the Help and knowledge provided by Jonny & Igor. They are all so knowledgeable, and very honest. They're not there to make a one time sale, they are truly there to ensure you become a lifetime Client. The excellent business integrity they have shown and provided, makes me recommend them to every person I know!

Great place! We had to get a ring design fixed, that they didn't do right, and before I even get into that situation, let me just say how great I think it is that they offer you tea or coffee. Never have I ever been in a place that has that special addition, and I'm not a huge fan of coffee, but this was a nice sweet coffee. This was some sort of sugar cookie coffee, and it was very nice and sweet. Maybe, the main reason I don't like coffee, is because I've only had it plain, and never with anything sweet.

The jewelers did a great job with the fixing of the design of my friend's ring. Staff is friendly, and it's never a long wait. They also have a wide variety of jewelry, which I love as well! Awesome place!

Very friendly accommodating knowledgeable and efficient staff. Sized my watches without charge, changed the batteries and bands without appointments. Great customer service and follow up. Also sized a ring for me very nicely. My daughter and her fiance (recently her husband!) had my mother's engagement ring sized and spruced up here. It looks incredibly beautiful! They also purchased their wedding bands here. In fact that's why I came, based on their experience! I highly recommend this establishment - the reviews are correct!

We have been customers for a very long time now and Venus is the only place we will go for Jewelry or Watches. We have purchased inexpensive little pieces as gifts for young relatives and some very beautiful and complex pieces for my wife, and more than a couple of watches. They alway are friendly and knowledgable, and I have always found them completely trustworthy and professional.

We always can find unusual and unique pieces there. They did a remarkable repair of a very sentimentally important ring my wife got from her grandmother, and it was perfect. It's wonderful to have a local family business that can provide anything a bigger, more expensive city jeweler could.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff are incredible and their Jeweler does awesome work. I purchased my wife's engagement ring, wedding band and custom earrings from here. They helped me pick a perfect center stone for the ring set I chose and worked well with my budget. I worked with Igor for all of the purchases and he was great.

The custom earrings were absolutely beautiful. I had some diamonds from my wifes grandmothers old ring which they used along with some new Sapphires. The jeweler did 3d mock ups on his computer to show what the earrings would look like before I chose which one I liked most. They purchase gold and silver as well if you have some broken or unused items. I would highly recommend taking a stop in if you are in the market for some jewelry!
