This is a very friendly and professional family-owned business. If you'd like to support your community? Then this is the place for sure. I was greeted by 'Sophy'. A fabulous greeter and she will put a smile on your face for sure. I did notice also, a very large formidable dog that weighed about 100 pounds in the backroom. Just saying. That was a bit scary if your not buying any jewelry there?

If I was looking to not buy any jewelry I'd go somewhere else! Now, if I was just shopping for jewelry, I'd go there for sure. This company helped me fix my necklace that had some expert jeweler attention. So I visited them for the very first time and I'd go back again and again! Great company! Not as large and commercial as those other companies but these are the types of companies I personally prefer. Just saying!

Outdated. I felt like I was bothering them. Like a customer coming in to inquire was disturbing their peace.

Good, polite service. Appreciated the honesty, That my difficult watch, was exactly that. Couldn't be resolved on that level.

Oh, where to start. Please don't buy an engagement ring from this store. Save yourself the heartache, take your money elsewhere. First of all, after 6 weeks, and many phone calls, we were told that our engagement ring was still in transit (yes, within the continental US). When the store owner finally managed to locate our ring, we were told it had been sitting on someone's desk waiting to be repackaged because the outside package had been damaged.

Poor choice of logistics company. I mean, Amazon can get me my stuff in 2 days.second--and most importantly, we went to pick up the ring today, only to find out IT WAS THE WRONG RING. I wish I was joking. I am physically ill over the fact that my fiance had a beautiful proposal planned which is not the same without a ring and also the fact that he has already paid in full for something that we can't use.

How disappointing to spend that amount of money for the wrong item! It's not like we can just go out and get another one. The whole situation is completely unacceptable. At this point, I don't even know if there is anything the owner can do to rectify the situation.

This is the best jewelry store I've ever been to! Would highly recommend them. The women there are so helpful and friendly. They made my whole experience great. The quality of their jewelry is unmatched. They have a lot of great options in store. They also can order just about anything! I can't wait to go back in and buy more. Thank you ladies!

Love Love this Place. The ladies are always so welcoming! They are so helpful and kind! It so wonderful to shop with the home town shops instead of the big chains.
