Ace Diamond & Jewelry Brokers is an estate jeweler. Estate jewelry is any jewelry that is pre-owned, and it can be from an earlier period or contemporary. Almost every gem will at some point become an estate item. Many retail jewelers accept an occasional trade-in and purchase some jewelry over-the-counter, but Ace Diamond specializes in estate jewelry.

Ace Diamond is licensed by the State of Ohio to buy and loan money on jewelry and coins, and has completed thousands of private transactions totaling millions of dollars.
Services
The people at Ace Diamond spend a good deal of their time examining jewelry and related items for walk-in clients. Ace Diamond is open to examining jewelry and related items that will likely be offered for sale to Ace Diamond, or will be offered as collateral for a loan at Ace Diamond. Bail bondsmen and others who have been offered gems for collateral or partial payment and who need to know how much the items could be liquidated for.

I've never dealt with people so rude in my life The absolute worst broker I have ever been to go to Boardman coin and jewelry the nerve of the staff made my blood boil they could care less how you feel hope this place goes under soon so it can get flattened in to a parking lot would serve the community a great deal better spare yourself the frustration and go a half mile south to Boardman coin and jewelry

Great! I will go to no other for my coin and jewelry needs. The owner/owners were truly honest and kind people. If you are looking for honesty and knowledge on coins and jewelry then this is the place! It's nice to finally find somewhere I can trust in this field to go to. They have a customer for life here!

Ace diamond has been my go to for 20+ years. There is no other business that can compete with their knowledge, experience and pricing. I'm a customer for life.

I took a cocktail ring in with a certified GIA appraisal. He was very forthcoming and honest. Even though he was not interested, he recommended the jeweler down the road and told me how to sell it privately.

I had called two days prior to going in and I was told that the man who fixes their jewelry could take a look at the prong on my engagement ring could take a look at it and talk to me about what it would take to fix it. I had talked to a woman that day. Today I took the ring in and was "helped" by an older, tall, stalky man. I explained that I was told I could bring in my ring and the man who fixes the jewelry would take a look at it and talk to me about it.

I also told him that I had a ring that I was interested in getting sized. He told me I could leave the ring and come back and pick it up at 2:30 p.m. That was not what I was told when I called two days before. He literally told me that he could not help me, folded up the white paper infront of me, set my ring off to my right and stood up and told me to have a nice day.

At this point I was shocked at his rudeness! I had done business with him before several times. Everyone has bad days but he just kept going. He sat back down in front of me and took my other ring. I stated that I was interested in getting it sized up 2 sizes. He informed me what I had already told him - it was a size 7. Then he proceeded to tell me that the ring was sterling silver and if it was gold they might do it but because it wasn't he couldn't help me.

I was definitely taken back by how ignorant he was. I was looking for the same customer service that I had received in past years. I will never go back. In my 45 years on earth I have NEVER received such horrible "customer service" if that's what you want to call what I was given today. I cannot believe the cold shoulder I was given. I felt like I was bothering him at work.

If any of my employees ever treated a customer like that, they would be standing in the unemployment line. Cirelli jewelers (just a ride out the road) has a person ON SITE that took time to address the issues he seen with the ring I brought in. It was explained to me what needed to be done to my ring. Let's be clear that this is an $8,000 engagement ring so no I did not want to leave it anywhere - to take it personal is so ridiculous.

And for the record I was told coming in around noon on a Saturday would "be ok." With as educated as you make yourself out to be, Jim, good rule of thumb is to talk to a customer - not insult them because you take something personal. ~Dottie Hershey
