I love Starnes Jewelers. Gene Starnes and his associates make sure you are comfortable shopping and finding what you searching for. I have numerous pieces from this store and love them each and every one.

I had to have 3 rings cut off of my ring finger due to swelling in my finger. Gene took the time and tried not to do too much damage to the rings. He was successful in getting them off (which took a lot longer than expected). I will have to have them resized and will return when my finger is back to a somewhat normal size. He was very patient and kind.

Very nice staff. The gave me the info I needed on a ring I wasn't sure was real. As I looked around they had some very good prices. Would highly recommend them if u need a appraiser.

My husband bought my engagement ring from here. He had went in and looked around at their selection and liked this place better than most he'd been in. He narrowed it down between 3 he really liked and decided to bring me in to choose my favorite. Everything in there was SO beautiful! After going back and forth 100 times I finally chose my ring!

It was wonderfully priced even before they had marked it down about $300. Everyone was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. They had to send it off for resizing on a Monday and I had it on my finger on Thursday. I'd love to do business again with them someday. (Maybe a nice watch for our 1 year anniversary!)

I went to go get my platinum rings polished and they did a lovely job as other jewelers stated that platinum could not be polish. They will charge a small fee but the wait was worth it and the rings were beautiful when I received them.
