I was recommended to Princess Jewelry by a co-worker for custom designs. I trusted Kim & Tina to help design a 20 year anniversary gift for my wife. My wife loved the custom rings and couldn't be happier. I went to a few other well known places (like diamonds direct) and felt like I was at a used car lot. I brought an engagement ring to Princess that was originally made in the 1930's. The band was so thin it would probably not last much longer before breaking. I asked them to add white gold to widen the band and to also put my daughter in law and my sons initials and wedding date in it. When I came to pick it up it made me cry. It was so beautiful!

They were careful to keep the beautiful etching on the sides and blended to new band to not take away from the exquisite Art Deco style. Not only would I recommend them I will be bringing my other daughter in laws 1930's engagement ring this week to have the same thing done. I would trust them with all my fine jewelry and you should too.

Princess Jewelry is an excellent place to shop for jewelry and collectibles. Kim has a beautiful collection of fine jewelry. In addition she is exceptionally creative with design. She can transform your old treasures into sparkling new creations. I highly recommend this store

After going to 5 different shops locally, came across Princess Jewelry. Only needed a Casio G-Shock watchband replaced (I had the replacement band with me). They took it a few minutes before noon, their specialist arrived at 1pm and the watch was back in my hands at 2pm! To top it off, PLEASANT, friendly customer assistance, very reasonable price and a nice store atmosphere. They were simply THE BEST - period!

If I could give Princess Jewelry 6 stars I would. They're polite, professional and NEVER pushy. I've purchased new jewelry, had jewelry made and jewelry and rings resized and I've never been the least bit dissatisfied with anything they've done for me. When I arrived in stafford 20 years ago, I shopped around for reputable, quality jewelers and was recommended to check out Princess Jewelry by another long time resident here. My first experience with Princess Jewelry was so great, I never went anywhere else after that. And I challenge anyone to match their prices and quality.

I LOVE my ring. it's absolutely beautiful. I get a ton of compliments on it, wherever I go! Ms. Kimberly is super kind, sweet, and professional. After my fiance proposed, we went over to the shop so I could introduce myself. She made me feel like family, and I look forward to going back in a few weeks to get our wedding bands for our upcoming nuptials. My fiance always raves about his buying experience, and how smoothly it went. We love Ms. Kimberly for making this such an enjoyable process in our journey.

I came in 15 mins prior to closing to get a new battery for my watch and to have my necklace repaired. One of the rhinestones fell out, which I brought with me. The associate informed me of how easy it is to repair the necklace myself using glue to set the rhinestone back in place. If I had them do it, they would charge me a small fee, which was reasonable. I chose to do it myself since I have glue at home. Five stars for your integrity! I will definitely return in the future.

Kimmi is a detail-oriented and responsive owner who went above and beyond to find the perfect diamond for my beautiful fiancee! I definitely be back for all future purchases! AND. She said yes!
