What a great experience in working on with Paula and Hoppe Jewelers! We received the recommendation from dear friends who also had a great experience. After my mother's passing, we wanted to create heirlooms to pass through our generations of bands and resetting diamonds. They have such beautiful pieces that my husband also found a lovely rose gold band that I love We are quite sure we will use them again many times in the future!

Went to Hoppe jewelers and was immediately greeted by Paula. I already knew what I want to look at. My husband said get what you want. I got a diamond anniversary band, which I absolutely love and 3 charms for my pandora bracelet I got for Christmas. In addition I received flowers and candy from the for Valentines. Hoppe has assisted me with ring design and ordering for over three years now. They inspect and clean every year free of charge. Everyone is friendly and very helpful, from the person greeting you when you walk in to the owner. I would recommend checking them out before making a purchase anywhere else. My last order was a simple phone call for a custom piece to add to a wedding ring.

My wife was needing to replace her engagement ring and wedding band so we went to Hope Jewelers. Wife had an idea of what she wanted and the lady was very helpful on showing her what they have. These ladies were absolutely wonderful here. I went today to pick up a special piece. They were more then happy to hold for me till I got there. They were able to help me with second gift also. While I paid for my items they even wrapped them. I would highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing!

Our experiences with shopping at Hoppe Jewelry Store has been excellent for forty years. The employees are honest and knowledgeable. Their jewelry and gifts are very reasonably priced. Yesterday my husband bought me a Hearts On Fire wedding band for our 60th anniversary. Lisa was very helpful and excited as much as I was! It's the only jewelry store we shop at.

I had a beautiful stone that needed set for a ring. The individualized attention to detail was a great experience with Hope Jewelers! I now have an heirloom piece to pass along to my daughter!

The outside prong of my engagement ring broke off. Fortunately I noticed before anything happened to my diamond. I asked around and nearly everyone recommended Hoppe, so I took it there to be repaired. They. offered to add a unnoticeable extra amount on that prong, since this isn't the first time I've broken it. Hopefully that will protect it a bit more! They had it done in less than a week, and shined it up beautifully for me

Unfortunately we have to change our rating of 5+ to a 1 even though it should be a 0. We changed it because after weeks of attempting on our own (since way before Christmas) & being met with excuse after excuse, we just had to retain a lawyer to try to get my wedding set back (they were only adding additional bands to a set that I already had). At. this time the lawyer is being met with excuses as well.

The owner had an appt with the lawyer (2/1/21) to deliver the rings & sign pprwrk stating as such along with the agreement of making the matter right (offered a ring that was ordered free of charge for all the inconvenience). The owner showed up without the rings but expected to still be able.

Several rings repaired. Excellent work. They look good as new.

My diamond and wedding bands were both purchased at Hoppe Jewelers from Lynn Hoppe years ago along with many other pieces of jewelry. I had called the store for a copy of the original appraisal that I was told would be kept in their files forever also all records of my rings and all my jewelry were transferred over to their computer system. After being told that they lost the paperwork, it took 3 phone calls asking to speak with Lynn, I was told she wasn't in all 3 times. Lynn also never returned my calls.

Due to no longer living in Indiana this is the only way I have to communicate with her. This appraisal and diamond rating is needed. The ring had been taken to a local jewelry store to be reset due to a broken prong. I need proof that it's my diamond that was put back in the ring and not switched. Too bad I CAN NOT COUNT ON HOPPE JEWELERS for CUSTOMER SERVICE!
