I purchased my engagement ring from another jeweler, but only trust Koerber to care for it. In hindsight, my only regret is not having purchased my ring with Koerber. They exhibit exemplary quality and proficiency.

Ordered a replacement Scott Kay ring for delivery after finding it on their website, all the staff were great to deal with and the ring was delivered quickly.

Koerber's took excellent care of me when buying an engagement ring. I live out of state but they helped select a great diamond and setting, and then shipped the ring to me. After proposing we wanted the ring re-sized, I live over 500 miles away but Eddy helped expedite the whole process and we had the ring back in less than 48 hours from the time my fiance too the ring off.

Koerber's has excellent merchandise and a wide variety of styles which they hand pick from some of the most curious places. But what makes Koerber's the place to shop jewelry is the staff. Dori has worked with me in selecting gifts that my wife adores for over ten years. She and others have collaborated in creating "one-of-a-kind" creations for my family and close friends. This is a "full service" jeweler with a family approach to business. There isn't another store like it.

Everyone in the store was very kind and welcoming. The sales associate Dori was outstanding. She was attentive and very helpful in choosing just the right gift for beautiful wife for Mother's Day and our Anniversary. I would recommend shopping for very nice, high quality jewelry at a fair price. It's not just the sale but more the overall experience.

Even the owners were involved and very courteous. The team approach is hard to find in todays retail market but my experience was second to none. I'll definitely be a customer for life. God Bless all the employees and the owners.

Stopped in for the first time on 5/7 with my 3 year old daughter to get a Mother's Day present. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Dori. She was phenomenal, friendly, and great to work with. She was great with my daughter I honestly can't say enough. I'm glad I came in today and I will definitely be back for ALL of my jewelry needs! Thank you for the wonderful experience we both had this morning!

I cannot thank Koerber's enough for what they were able to do for me. They knew my situation and were able to work around my deadline to allow me to wear a special piece of jewelry to a loved one's funeral. Without them, I would not have had it with me on the day I needed it the most. Thank you so much for all that you did. Eddie was an amazing salesperson to work with. He was kind and courteous. Wont ever return to this store. Went here to purchase product for my wife. Im no expert but received snobby responses on any of the questions I ask. they didn't even want to take time out to show me things. I wanted to put the warranty in my wife's name and the worker argued with me that I shouldn't and that my credit card needs to be in my name. I told her I'm paying cash.

Very poor service. To top it off I tip $10 and the worker notices my total comes to 300.05 and starts asking people if they have 5 cents for me as if I didn't have enough to pay. I said just give me the change. I don't have a problem with it. If she didn't want to count it out she should have just gave me a bill. Ashamed I wasted my time and money.

The selection and quality at Koerber's is top notch. There is something for every budget with outstanding customer service. And she did just that and more. She answered my question which was Can you show me a 2 carat gold 14 kt gold waterfall ring. I walked out with 4 pieces of exquisite jewelry. As always we were pleasantly greeted upon entering and found ourselves amongst many familiar faces ready to assist! We had come to take advantage of Koerber's free cleaning service on all my fiances jewelry we have purchased from there! Also one of her earrings had been losing its back regularly and they were able to fix it on the spot to ensure the back won't come off again unless taken off!

While browsing waiting for the repair and cleaning we of course found another lovely ring for her and made the purchase making my fiance very happy as always! Thanks for the great service over the years its appreciated!

We walked in and were greeted, we were looking for wedding bands. We had purchased the engagement ring from another jewelry store. The salesperson was able to match the wedding band and engagement ring perfectly and in just a few minutes. The prices were very affordable with great quality and service. I picked out my wedding band as well.
