12/29/2021:I was really happy to finally pull the trigger on this watch. First time I went in Greg showed me and I fell in love with it. I did a little shopping around / research and then purchased from Lisa today. They have a really comfortable showroom and made the buying process easy and comfortable. Thank you Greg and Lisa! I think the watch bug bit me and you may see me again soon. : 6/09/2022: Had the pleasure of doing business with them again. Lisa was in contact with me pretty often while waiting for an Oyster Perpetual to come in.

She remembered the occasion I wanted it for and made it happen. The type of service they give is very unique and personal. I highly recommend Greg and Lisa for all Jewelry / Watch Needs!

Been here a couple times and really must say I love this boutique very much. They have a nice selection of watches and jewelry and are very up front about pricing. Picked up a Longines and a Rolex Deep Sea from Lorilil this year and will certainly be back soon to browse other pieces. Can't go wrong with Lorilil!

It was more than 3 years ago I first stepped into the door of Lorilil Jewelers, one of my neighborhood retail stores. They were so thoughtful and hospitable although I ended up not purchasing anything as I did not see this particular model I had been looking for - Lisa was so kind that she gave me the catalog, sending me off at that time. It was close to a year ago that I returned to inquire about another model. Greg courteously assisted me, identifying model(s) that might fit my liking.

He was also so kind, answering my questions via email in different occasions. I then received an invite from Lisa to revisit the store. I was totally blown away - she presented me with the model (one of them) I have been searching for. She welcomed me and made me feel completely comfortable while there. Two thumbs up to Lisa, Greg, and Eric! I will be looking forward to my next visit to Lorilil Jewelers in the future!

This is definitely the place to go if you want only the best for your jewelry. I have been there a couple of times this month. Once to have batteries replaced in some watches and just today I picked up my tennis bracelet that needed a safety chain. I am beyond pleased with the quality of customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they took the time to explain in detail everything that needed to be done. They did an excellent job, my bracelet is never coming off. I am going to recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again to everyone at Lorilil, you guys are amazing.

Greg exceeded my expectations and I had a great buying experience. I would def. recommend Lorilil for all your jewerly needs. They are extremely professional, responsive and fair with their pricing.

I first stopped by to inquire about Rolex watch last year July 2021, and even though I have not yet receive "the call" for it. Every time I had stopped by to inquire, the sales reps and the store owner have been very respectful, upfront, and even apologetic for the current watch market. I've been tempted to go gray, however they have encouraged me to wait and I'm sure they will deliver.

They also have a huge selection of jewelry for all occasions and also offer jewelry repairs which I had great experiences. Would definitely recommend them for all your jewelry needs!

Great store and very knowledgeable personell. Although due to Rolex supply shortages I am already waiting for almost 6 months on my anniversary first Rolex purchase. Liza treats you like a person remembers me everytime I stop by. Totally different experience then any other watch store in New York where they treat you like a number and frankly speaking are very rude/arrogant.

Last week I stopped by at Lorilil with ask to get my Omega leather wristband replaced. Service was superb done in few minutes (including quick cleaning). They didn't charge me any additional service fees. Highly recommend to stop by if you are in the market to buy new watch or get it serviced.

Stopped by Lorilil Jewelers today to pick up a diamond ring for my wife and had the pleasure of having Anthony make my selection. Throughout the entire decision process, Anthony was patient with my picking up several options and essentially doing a pros and cons process for each choice. He also offered genuine feedback in that he didn't push me towards the most expensive option, but rather the option that best suited the occasion.

It's hard to find sincerity in a person who will tell it to you straight but I walked away from my purchase knowing that I had made the right decision. Thank you Lisa & team for the memorable experience and I look forward to stopping by again!

After a few visits, was able purchase my first Rolex with Greg. He was nothing but professional, very patient and knowledgeable. Was able to answer all of our questions and made the process easy and smooth and the whole staff was attentive made sure we were comfortable during our visits. Horrible experience. They took a deposit of $5,000 on a Rolex watch, told me I would get the watch in 2 months. I was in contact with them every month for 2 years. The watch went up in value in the meantime. They insisted on giving me my money back, which I had no choice but to take. Meaning they will never be giving me the watch I put a deposit on.

Now 3 years later, still no watch. They're claim is that they never got the watch, which can't be true at all. Rolex allocates at least one per year per store, that would have been 3 watches by now, at least 1 right! They're playing the game, and playing their customers.

Always a pleasure working with Greg, Lisa and the gang. Very knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly patient. They treat their customers like family and never try to push anything on you. Thanks for always taking care of me!

Greg was fantastic. He was an absolute gentleman who treated me with the utmost respect. As a first time customer asking for some tough to get pieces he did not look down on me in the slightest. I was referred to this jeweler by a good friend of mine. When he first told me about the place I was shocked since I thought Rolex dealers was only in Manhattan and Long Island. It's a hidden gem in forest hills; great selection of jewelry and watches new and preowned. After 2 days of speaking to Greg about the watch I inquired about; He sends me a text saying he just got one in. Very honest Jeweler. I would recommend this store to all my family and coworkers. I came here to have my grandfather's Rolex serviced/overhauled. They are an Official Rolex Jeweler. Being middle class at best I was a little worried handing off a luxury watch to anyone. Lisa was patient and amazing. The whole process took about 3.5 months (Rolex is backed up) and she was always available to take my calls and keep me at peace. Even moving to TX while the work was being done was not a problem. Lisa called to let me know it was completed, got my new address, and overnighted it. This review is for any hesitancy to have your watch serviced from Lorilil Jewelers. Please trust Lisa and the system and you'll be glad you did.

I've made a few purchases at Lorilil Jewelers. A diamond necklace back in May and a diamond ring this past week. My salesperson was Leanna and she very patient and courteous answering all my questions. Any interaction I had with any other staff member was also excellent. My special lady truly loved both pieces. I highly recommend this place and will be back to purchase additional pieces in the near future.

My 4th watch here! Greg is amazing. I was going to pick up my Tudor bb 43 bronze leather strap but walked out with a watch I have been asking for!

Going to Lorilil Jewelers is a must for those looking for authentic time pieces and jewelry. Was able to get a Tudor GMT and Royal for great prices. Greg will always make sure you're leaving with something you love.

This place does not know how to size a watch right, they also scratched my watch. Some staff were nice though.

The best Rolex authorised dealer I've come across, one Jewellary/watch store you can trust and relay on had to get a last minute gift for my dad's 25th anniversary and Greg really helped me out to find something nice for my dad few years before that he helped me with a gift for my mom & he also helped me to get my self something nice, very accommodating and the best customer service, I was running late by 10 mins after the store closed and they waited for me to pick up my purchase, been their customer from 2017 and I'm very happy about it and would rely on them all my Jewellery and watch need. Greg made my experience really good.

I have been coming here for a few years. A friend recommended this place when I got engaged to get an appraisal for my insurance. From my first visit I knew this would be my to go place. Everyone here it's friendly and helpful. They sell good jewelry and do great repairs. I ended up getting a fancy watch for my husband here and their service couldn't have been better.

If you are looking for a new watch or jewelry Lorilil Jewelers is my go to spot. With the help of Greg & team I was finally able to add an additional watch to my collection. They were able to answer all my questions and helped me every time I went to the store. This place will always be my go to spot for any additional pieces. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Today I came in with my mother to get something for my brothers upcoming graduation. I dealt with Greg 8-9 years before so I figured I'd give it a shot to email / call them before coming in because it is during the time of Covid-19 so extra cases and caution before showing up. I trusted Greg and this establishment before 9 years ago and despite it almost being a decade of dealing with them they have the same unquestionable service, integrity, and commitment to their customers no different than I remember from the first time I dealt with them.

I can say that establishments rarely offer this level of consistency like they have. I highly recommend people to come here and I don't quite understand the bad reviews on this page (some of them being because they can't get a high demand Rolex model because the demand far outstrips the supply and they don't just price gouge their customers even though I'm absolutely sure they could if they wanted to raising their prices but they don't).

Anyone before I sound like a paid reviewer I will simply say do yourself a favor and check this place out because it's much easier too deal with them knowing you don't have to leave wondering if you haggled or might have not had the best deal or option. It saves a lot of time and energy not having to ponder am I getting screwed or not on this purchase.

Felt it was necessary to leave a review about my experience at Lorilil Jewelers, but more specifically my experience with Greg. Stellar customer service, professionalism and courtesy. I've been looking for a specific watch that was just released, and has caused quite the stir amongst Rolex collectors. The watch is virtually impossible to find.

Although they didn't have one, and Greg knew it was really what I was after, he still took the time to chat, explain things, and built rapport. Without hesitation I would recommend Greg and Lorilil Jewelers for all your Rolex needs. I hope he can get his hands on the watch soon, so I can support Lorilil. I was looking to purchase my first Rolex and was subsequently referred here by my good friend Johnny who had nothing but great praise for their professionalism and personal touch and boy was I glad I listened! Not only was Greg able to answer all of my questions but he did so patiently and took the time to educated me on the nuances of the watch as this was my first purchase.

The only thing nice I can say about the store is the cleanliness of it. Customer service was horrible and I felt very much discriminated against. I was prepared to spend whatever amount to purchase the perfect bracelet for daughter. But they made me feel very uncomfortable, however Hannoush was very welcoming

I was very nervous about leaving my original wedding ring and engagement ring with anyone. Lorilil Jewelers were very professional in helping me pick out a new setting, and had a quick turnaround. I would recommend them to anyone. Very happy with my decision to do business with Lorilil Jewelers.

Went in the store today with my wife and 2 kids to have her new watch bracelet resized. The watch was purchased elsewhere but they sell the same exact model there so we were prepared to pay whatever they would've asked for. Well aside from the staff looking disinterested and not even greeting us when we walked in, they gave us a lame excuse as to why they cannot resize the bracelet, they needed special sealant for the screws so they suggested we send it back to wherever we bought it from in order to have it resized. How then can they sell the same exact watch without being able to size the bracelet for their customers? I will not return to this store.

I've exclusively bought jewelry and other fine pieces from Lorillil since moving to Western Mass in 2008 and couldn't be happier. Local ownership and good staff are always extremely friendly and family friendly - yes, my 3 and 6 y.o. like to run around loudly but no problem. Be sure to ask them to clean watches / rings while your there!
