Walked into Tivoli's today to get several pieces of jewelry cleaned and they are the most sparkly and clean I have ever seen! I was so happy to wear them out! The staff was very kind and helpful right when I walked in! Thank you Tivoli Jewelers, ill be back!

Tivoli Jewelers has been a family owned establishment in our neighborhood for over 30 years. My experiences have always been highly favorable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready and anxious to help. I recently had an extremely pleasant visit while shopping for a necklace. As soon as I walked into the shop it felt like family was there to greet me.

Their sincerity and commitment is apparent. I want to give a special shout out and thank you to Joe. Joe was personable and enthusiastic. He patiently helped me choose the perfect necklace! He even offered to steam clean my rings and they now shine like new. It was clear to me that Joe's confidence and expertise make him an asset to this business.

I've done several projects with Tivoli and I could not be more grateful to have found them! They recently worked with me to reset my diamond from my engagement ring into a new custom setting. I worked closely with Jenny (who is a total rockstar!). She handled my order with so much care and answered every question I had with so much patience (and I texted her a lot! Haha.) I bought my engagement ring from Tivoli jewelers. They had amazing service! I didn't know much about buying a diamond but Frank really took his time with me and helped me with selecting the perfect diamond. He even helped me design my own setting when I wasn't satisfied with anything they had in stock. I'm super indecisive but the whole team really made the process a pleasure.

Shout out to Amanda who put the final touches on the ring! I love the final product and more importantly so does my fiance! If anybody out there is looking for an engagement ring (or any piece of jewelry) I highly recommend Tivoli Jewelers!

I purchased a necklace online from Etsy for my wedding. When it arrived, I was highly suspicious that it might be fake. I called the shop and spoke to a friendly person named Jenny about getting it checked. She told me to come on in, and one of the guys there did an acid test. Luckily for me, my necklace is real : I appreciated the reassurance they provided. Of note, I also took this necklace to Grand Jewelry and they came to the same conclusion.

I wish I could give this place a zero star. I had a very simple pendant made by them (a circle with my own diamond embedded for $300) and the brief was to make it in white gold (like a previous pendant they made and had a photo of for reference). Instead they made the pendant in yellow gold. What's more, I turn up to pick up the pendant and they make me wait 30 min to fix a scratch they'd just noticed - I don't know what they mean by fix, because the pendant still had faults all over it. They then refused to refund me, and condescendingly told me "good luck" in finding another jeweler. Rude, shoddy work, just awful.

I just brought in a pair of gorgeous handmade earrings that I really love that I want to wear for my wedding. They just didn't hang right on my ears and sort of fell at different lengths so I needed them adjusted. Frank helped me out right away and adjusted them right on the spot, manipulating the metal and wire and kept working at them until they fell perfectly on my ears!

He was soo helpful and friendly - I couldn't have asked for an easier experience. I'll 100% be bringing these earrings back right before my wedding for another touch-up just to make sure they still fall exactly right. And also for a quick cleaning of my engagement ring! Love having Tivoli right here in the neighborhood!

This week I went into Tivoli Jewelers to see if they put replacement batteries for my Michele watch. I approached a pleasant looking gentleman to ask if they did. He told me that they indeed did. While he was replacing the battery we chatted. He was very knowledgeable about Michele watches. After he was finished before he presented my watch back to me, he picked up a polishing cloth and polished my watch.

When he gave it back to me it looked like brand new. I was so satisfied with my experience at Tivoli Jewelers and would recommendk for Joe them to my friends and family. If you go there ask for Joe the charming gentleman that helped me

Excellent experience here, very professional and friendly. Repaired my Fiance's engagement ring. Had to replace the "shank" and reset the prongs. Looks better now then when I first bought it! It is an antique. Repair only took 2 days. I think the price was very fair considering the labor and the cost of gold. Definitely recommend. Family owned business.

I came into this jewelry store to purchase an engagement ring. The young woman at the counter was excited to help me find the perfect ring for my love. I was here for a while until I found the one that caught my eye. This was created by the jewler and owner Frank Palmeri and he came from the back to tell me how he crafted this piece. It was a one of a kind experience and for that I am thankful. I also came back to resize and it was done on site. Perfect!

I shop here many times for my GFs Xmas presents! I went to Tivoli Jewelers website for a GIA certified engagement stone and ring for my future fiance. I sent Frank ( owner ) 3 stones I had interest in from his website A few days later Frank called me and secured the 3 stones for me to review I went in a pick a GIA verified stone and with Frank and Jenny's help on the setting, I bought a high quality stone and setting in December for my GF!

My GF cherishes this ring everyday the last 2 days plus months Tivoli did the right thing for me that 2 friends have purchased 2 GIA certified engagement diamonds and rings in the last 6 weeks!

I have been here twice for Pandora charms past few months and the environment is always warm friendly and courteous. I look forward to going back soon for Valentine's day to pick up a few more Pandora charms for my someone special.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. My fiance got me a custom engagement ring made in London. it was a little big so we took it to Tivoli to see if they could resize it. They assure me it's easy peasy and will be ready in a couple days. A week later they call me to tell me it's ready. I was so excited to finally wear my ring.

I go there, pay the $125 resizing fee, put the ring on and notice the stone is cracked in two spots. I point this out and the jeweler comes out and implies we gave it to him like this. Knowing we didn't come in with a flawed stone he says he will replace the stone and it'll be ready in a week. Fine. Two weeks later I get a call my ring is ready.

Go in, stone is replaced however all the gold plating (the ring is silver and gold plated) has been buffed off and the ring is mainly silver now. I explain yet again this is not how I gave the ring to them and show a photo. the jeweler AGAIN refuses to take accountability and says "well that'll happen over time anyway". He finally offers to replate the ring and tells me how he keeps taking a loss (the stone, the replating) and is clearly annoyed we are pointing out his mistakes.

A couple weeks later I get a call my ring is ready. I go in, everything looks ok. i go home & notice the prongs on the side stones are shorter and a couple are pointy, before I even can take it back (or to someone else) the next day I look down and see one of the side stones is completely missing. I go in the next day to tell them about the THIRD thing that has gone wrong since giving them this one of a kind ring and the jeweler claims "you must have broke the stone".

Every time he made a mistake he simply made terrible excuses and would speak to me like I was an idiot. He eventually offers to replace the side stones. I explained I didn't want to leave my ring with them again and he says "I'm not a magician I can't fix it while you're wearing it". Obviously. I explain how I do not trust him with my ring anymore, how I "had" the ring for over two months and got to wear it for less than a day, had to push back my engagement shoot and how disappointed I was with the service I was provided.

He simply could care less about completely ruining my ring and making it unrecognizable from the one I brough I brought my ring to another jeweler who fixed all of Tivolis mistakes for a fraction of the price Tivoli charged me. Do NOT trust this jeweler to alter your jewelry in any way if you care about it! Most of all, as upsetting as it was to not be able to wear my engagement ring for four months, the worst part of this whole ordeal was how I was spoken to.

How the jeweler completely refused to take responsibility for his mistakes and speaks to his customers like they are completely ignorant. I strongly advise against Tivoli at all costs.

I went to Tivoli jewelers For my fiance's engagement ring so naturally it was a very important purchase. Jenny and Frank took extremely good care of me, not only walking me through their inventory but also working with me to customize the perfect setting. They were wonderful to work with and their prices are extremely fair. My fiance and our family are blown away by the ring and I'm extremely pleased with the whole process. Strongly recommend.

I come here all the time for my jewelry needs. The staff is always helpful, and provide me with a ton of options to choose from. The owner is kind and courteous. The jewelry is gorgeous. If you are coming in for a repair, they are trustworthy and will exceed all your expectations.

Our daughter and her friend got their first earrings here and the owner Frank couldn't have been more helpful. He made sure they were comfortable for their big day and did a beautiful job applying their first earrings. Lovely neighborhood vibe and a nice selection too.

I come here for all my pandora beads for my wife who collects them. Last time they showed me a watch and I bought a Tag Heuer for myself. I've Been coming here for years. I like the staff and I trust them with my jewelry.

Simply the worst and rudest owner ever. NO communication skills and very aggressive. does not listen to what you want, simply does what HE wants to your items. He ruined my ring beyond repair. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

A family owned jewelry spot not too far my apartment where the prices for repairs and cleaning is very fair. Glad there's a neighborhood spot that's open weekends and fairly reasonable walking distance from my apartment. I would recommend Tivoli to Brooklynites and beyond!

I came here a few years ago to buy Pandora charms and such. It has become my go to spot for Pandora and whatever else my lovely wife would like. When I do enter Tivoli, I make sure Ariana is taking care of me. She, as the other sales associates, is very knowledgeable about their products. She is an excellent addition to Tivoli. Satisfaction guaranteed.

I love this place! Both ladies that assisted us were really sweet, professional, and patient. They have a huge selection of pandora charms, which is the reason we ended up in the jewelry store. I would visit this store again as they also have a wonderful collection of other jewelry. The ladies assisted me in getting a dainty white gold necklace which doesn't pull my hair, something that's been hard to find- and it's gorgeous!

This shop is located right next to my job and very convenient when I want to buy Alex and ani bracelets. Instead of traveling to the soho store I can come right here and get everything for the same price. They have great customer service! They are also licensed Pandora retailers! I'm definitely saving to buy a ring that I lost a while ago! Great service, beautiful inside, and wonderful people to help you!
