Very friendly and great service. They go the extra mile to get you the perfect jewelry piece or service/repair existing jewelry. I highly recommend over big box retailers as you get personalized service and the best possible quality.

I called to see if they buy jewelry. I informed them that I was 25 minutes away. very friendly on the phone and in person and was greeted when I walked in. however, the gentleman was not interest at all in the ring and the woman up front offer amazing $32 for scrape price for a $1300 ring. Wish I would have known he was only interest in gold which wasn't much since the band is small. I wasn't expecting to get what I paid for, but I wasn't expecting that. I wish I didn't waste time and gas.

I bought my daughter a necklace that would hold my 19 year old grandsons ashes in it. The Jewelry Shop was very expedient when it came to buying it. Of course I made two trips to the store and one of the sales persons said i could wait on it to have the ashes soldered into the heart, but when I got there, they were too busy to do it. So I left it there and about a week later they called to tell me it was done.

When I got home the heart fell out of the necklace, so again I called and they told me I would have to let it there. I was furious because they were suppose to secure the heart in place in the first place. I called again and was told it would be an extra charge to have it done on the same day. I was hoping to give it to her for Christmas, which never happened. I would NEVER recommend this jewelry store to anyone! Too many inconsistencies in their stories when you call.

After having my wedding band cut off for a surgical procedure I was anxious to get it fixed, have some others sized and get them back on my fingers. I wanted a place that did all the repairs in house and the Jewelry Shop came highly recommended. The staff were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. And the final product came back better than I could have imagined. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or wanting something new.

The Jewelry Shop was referred to me by some folks on Facebook. I liked that they do all their work in-house. I took them my engagement ring and my wedding ring because over the last 20+ years I have abused the heck out of them and lost 2 stones from my wedding ring and 3 from my engagement ring :o The jewelers here fixed them both back to brand new!

I cannot say enough about their work! The staff is so friendly and they took the time to explain why I had lost the stones. Needless to say I am now wearing my rings on separate fingers from now on.
