Exceptional service! Jeff and his team have gone above and beyond for my husband and I since the very beginning. We have purchased all of our jewelry from Bixler's and have always had great service! We've shopped around and always ended coming back into Bixler's. We have customized multiple items, which were done right in house with quick turn around times. Highly recommend stopping in while doing your shopping!

Always a great help! I go to them for all my jewelry needs! Cleaning, appraisal, sizing and purchasing! On this occasion, I purchased a piece for my little sisters graduation. Staff helped order special necklace for her I know she will like. They gave me a realistic timeline for the order to come in, especially with current shipping delays. Great jeweler will be returning again!

Best jeweler around. Not only did they quickly and affordably size my mother in law's ring but I ended up doing a custom job too while I was there. They reset my mothers ring in a stunning three stone setting that was custom made for my ruby stone. I cannot thank Jeff enough for taking such great care of me and my mother's ring that has so much sentimental value.

3 words. Go to Bixlers! That is all you need to know, but you can read on below about the wonderful experiences I had with Bixlers this year. First, I would like to personally thank Michele Byrne for her incredible service and support with two purchases that I made with her. Thank you, Michele! I had the privilege of conducting business with Bixlers two times in 2021. Yes, it seemed like a privilege to shop a store that cares for the customer and treats them right when so many stores do not.
The first time we were in the store was in February. We had to replace an emerald cut, diamond center stone that went missing from my wife's engagement ring. Bixlers was our second stop in a list of six jewelers in the Lehigh Valley. I should have just stopped the search there! After the sixth store was visited, we quickly went back to Bixlers. Michele brought out some stones to review and had to order the one we wanted.
It came in the time period stated and was installed in the ring. The ring was stunning and beautiful again. During that visit, in February, I asked Michele about a ring that we saw at another store and sent her some photos to see if she could find a similar ring. Her vendors did not have that style ring but she offered to make a custom ring similar the one we wanted.
After a few months of visiting and meeting with many, many, many jewelry stores in the Lehigh Valley, Lancaster and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton areas, I narrowed my search to 3 stores. It was June 15th when I made my final decision to go with Michele and Bixlers. During those 4 months, I had many calls to those stores with follow-up questions relating to the diamonds (the 4C's and total diamond weight), financing and the custom design process. Michele stood out as very knowledgeable in her field.
What I really appreciated about her was that when she didn't have all of the info, she didn't try talk through the question posed. She simply said that she would get more info and get back to me. The custom ring process was intimidating at first but I think it added an enormous amount of sentimental value to the piece. Michele walked us through the steps from CADD design, wax molding and final delivery.
She made it a wonderful experience. The final product was breath taking. The 3+ cttw ring was exactly what we wanted and could not have been happier with our purchase experience. This is why I have been spreading the word to friends and family about the "Bixlers Way" of doing business. Thank you Bixlers!

My family has been using Bixler's for decades. The quality of products is amazing. Their jewelry does not feel like run off the mill, like some of those chain jewelry stores. It was a no brainer to use them when it came time for our wedding bands. The prices you can't beat. They help customized my wedding band using the diamonds from my grandmother's ring.
We will definitely be using them for all future needs. Jeff was amazing and helpful. He listened to what we wanted and made sure everything was perfect before we walked out of the store. Plus, many of my friends have used them for their wedding needs and everything is absolutely stunning.

My fiance proposed to me with the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. It is custom made and not a single ring like it out there. Both Jeff's (Jeff M and Jeff Y) made our experience incredible upon coming in for a sizing. Jeff M was the mastermind assisting my fiance in creating this beauty. We could not be happier with this experience and we highly recommend! We can't wait to shop for our bands.

Amazing experience! My partner bought my engagement ring online and we decided to take the trip to this store from NYC because we had to get it resized. (Also, I was concerned about damaging the ring so I preferred personally talking to someone - I'm a rookie in this!) As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed and the entire process was so quick. It was all less than an hour and everyone was so friendly. Committing to a ring is a big decision and you definitely want to make sure you're in the right hands. Thank you, Linda and team!

Had a jewelry appraisal scheduled and was instructed to come early to drop of some very large pieces of jewelry. Arrived at 10:30am (as I am a surgeon and had urgent patients scheduled at 11am). Their map link stated they open at 10am. I had planned to pick it up later in the day and also purchase a 2 thousand dollar piece that evening from them for my husband.
I should note I am a woman of color and had a mask and surgeon's cap on. A Caucasian man came to the door and refused to just allow me to even drop off the pieces at the door. He was exceedingly rude. I could not help but wonder had I been white would he just have taken the jewelry from me at the door and cared more about customer service. I will NOT be coming back.
Awful service during a time where I am sure they are financially struggling. As a person of color I would not support this business. UPDATE: Received a call from their "manager" several hours later in the muddle of my clinic day. I answered because I wanted to believe they would be apologetic. Instead, upon hearing I was busy, the manager asked me to call them back. What a missed opportunity! (Instead of leading with an apology first and foremost). I gave them too much of my time when they clearly couldn't spare a second of theirs.

Although Arlynn was fantastic, as we became return customers and dealt with other employees in the store, our experiences became more and more unpleasant. We recently got married and I wanted to buy another diamond band to match my engagement ring/band to make the piece look more complete. We requested an additional 5% discount since it was a "Bixler made piece".
We at that point had spent ALOT of money there for my engagement ring and our wedding bands so I didn't think what we were asking for was unreasonable. They instantly became snotty, so we immediately left. I buy jewelry often, so they lost a good customer, who originally gave them a second chance from a very bad experience, over $35. So yes, their customer service sucks and I won't be going back there. I'll make the drive to Northampton Jewelers. They always give excellent customer service.

Went in to get a older rarer watch fixed that is a family heirloom. Jeff, gave me a full run down on the watch and explained everything about the watch and it's history. Jeff was super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He put a new battery in the watch and cleaned the contacts and thankfully it worked perfectly. He also informed me that Parts for the watch have become scarce, and offered to do some research to find a watchmaker that may be able to help with parts of i need them in the future. Awesome place and will go back for sure.

Amazing jeweler! I couldn't believe the history that's on display. Legitimately the oldest jeweler in America. Great staff but the cream of the crop is Holly (didn't catch a last name, hope there's only one). The knowledge that this professional had was second to none and the selection was of the greatest quality, even the estate jewelry was obviously selected for quality and beauty. Huge Michael Kors watch selection and David Yurman collection is exquisite! You have to shop at this store.

I walked into the store with one need: replace the battery in my watch. I was told this would take five to ten minutes. They actually broke my watch in the process and now my watch is gone for what the rep described as "weeks" while they repair it. I am dumbfounded that what should have taken 5-10 minutes has now turned into weeks. PS: Watch is less than a year old and has barely been used.

I found the perfect piece I was looking for after searching the other big name jewelry stores and their customer service was excellent. I still can't believe the quality of the stones and metals they have at the prices they sell for. The same quality piece of jewelry I bought here was selling for 40 percent more in the other stores. And even better is that when you buy an item you get store credit points to spend there. I'm a very happy customer and I highly recommend this store. The sales associate Holly was very pleasant to work with and she helped me find just what I was looking for.

We did not have great experiences here. We thought that they must be good at customer service since they were in business so long, but that was not true. The communication and customer service is really lacking. There were WAY too many problems that Bixler's created that should have never happened, but I will give Bixler's some credit for then trying to resolve their own problems they created.
They were a major pain to deal with and would take forever to respond to e-mails. The reps are not down-to-earth and did not seem to care at all about their jobs or you as a customer. If you brought up any issues, they treated you like you were an annoyance and not like you had legitimate concerns. I would not recommend them. They are also more expensive than most other jewelers out there and take forever to get your jewelry done. I wish we would have given our business to someone else; it would have saved us tons of time and headaches.

I used Bixler's Jewelers because they were recommended by a friend. I was very dissatisfied from start to finish! We dealt with several store workers as we were ordering and having work done on several items. One woman was extremely nice, everyone else was not! I felt like I was buying from a used car salesman! Another woman was so professionally passive aggressive I was shocked she was allowed to work with customers!
One hand did not know what the other hand was doing. We were given incorrect information about our orders twice! The worst part is we definitely paid too much, it took for ever, and we were sooo disappointed with the results. We did not even want to deal with them again to have them fix it. Cut our losses and moving on! I do not recommend them, and I will never go there again!
