The website does give the heads up it takes a while to ship stuff out. I did get worried as it was a "going out of business" sale and the phone number didn't work after I spent some money. That minor scare aside, as I was able to get a response via Facebook messenger. I got my jewelry in one day ahead of schedule. Everything is great! That being said. I am now bummed they're going out of business.

I placed an order a week ago and never got a confirmation letting me know when to expect my order or the very least a confirmation stating they got my order even, only the PAYPAL confirmation. I feel like I'm in buyer limbo, should I contact Paypal to try to get my money back or just wait. There's absolutely no way to get in contact with them. they are going out of business so everything is super cheap & I bought a lot of stuff. if they are no longer in business they should take their site down or make sure that the site doesn't allow people to buy stuff from it. I don't know what to do.

I used to order from this site all of the time, I was pleased with their jewelry and customer service. That has all changed recently, they don't ship their items on time, although I pay extra for priority shipping. I reach out to the merchant and rarely get a response. This last order will be my last order. Very dissatisfied smh you'd think they'd appreciate their customers, specially someone who was a frequent shopper like myself.

Shipping is taking two weeks longer than expected so far with no contact from the business. I have called during business hours and messaged through their site, no answer, no voicemail set up. Essentially there is no way to tell if they will ever ship my product. Feeling swindled. Very unprofessional, very frustrating. EDIT (in response to the owner): I searched my e-mail folders by hand, after the search bar failed to show any e-mails from them.
Couldn't find them. They had my phone number, but chose not to call me, and also failed to answer their business phone during business hours. I will edit the stars later if the product I receive mitigates my feelings about the service I received.

It's been a week and a half since i placed my order and a week since it was supposed to get here. i emailed them but haven't received a reply, and about to email a second time. this is quite frustrating considering i've heard so much positivity about their customer service and it's the first time i've ever ordered with them. hopefully this gets resolved so i can put it up to a three star at least.
