Great family owned business! Got my CZ stone in my engagement ring replaced and they had a stone in stock and replaced it in 15 minutes! So friendly but wasn't overrun walking in.

I'm not sure why my daughter's name came up, but I'm Patricia L. I brought in some rings to be fixed. Everyone was so courteous. They all were very helpful, and made sure you didn't wait long, even if they were with other customers. The one stone had a chip in it and the jeweler was able to fix it. The other day I brought in a ring that had some of my brother's ashes in it.

I was asking about all the scratches on it. The jeweler buffed it, along with cleaning two of my necklaces. He did a very nice job. I didn't catch her name, but the young lady helping me was extra nice. I recommend them highly.

I'd replaced my watch battery. I couldn't get the cover back on. It's not an expensive watch, but was a gift from my late father. I phoned and asked if they could get the back on. The woman I spoke with was genuinely very nice and told me they'd try. I brought the watch in. It's a very nice store. I was dressed in old jeans and a t-shirt. Each person I spoke with treated me very politely and with respect. Matt had to repair the distorted back.

When finished, he handed it to me with grace. I'd been worried both that the response to my appearance might be snooty, that they'd either not deem the watch worthy of repair, or do a poor repair. They proved my worries unfounded. They are gems.

Had a bit of a "hiccup" with a diamond we brought in to be set in a wedding ring. Top of the line service to fix the issue (and the issue wasn't their fault). Would highly recommend!

I went into Dunbar Jewelers at one of the busiest times of year. I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The young lady assisting me was a delight, and took pride in the customer service she provided. The staff greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. Very refreshing.

I can't believe how above and beyond this place goes for their clients! My parents have been going here forever, and my husband and I (who live out of state) now reserve all jewelry work for here. Why? Because they're amazingggg! Just took my ring in to FINALLY get suatered and they made it look better than when my husband proposed!
