I went there before work to get some clasps put on a necklace and I never got what I wanted and when I started to say something the owner stood up as if I did something wrong it wasn't my fault it was their fault. They are very rude and arrogant and I will never recommend them to anyone.

I took my deceased husband's Army ring to Goldsmith. It was like new when polishing was finished. I love the Goldsmith jewelry store. It's very unique and beautiful to see what is all on display.

My husband and I had our rings custom made by The Goldsmith, 17 years ago. This year we thought it would be nice to have my wedding band updated. We are beyond happy with it, and will be returning to have a custom anniversary band made, next! Highly recommend!

My father has cancer, stage 4, and brought in two rings. He took the diamonds from one and turned it into a cross necklace for my mother. The second ring went missing and we went back to the store, they were very nice and told my father nor to worry they'd work with him with what he wanted. My aunt took him today to take them up on that offer as he is now dying, 1-2 months to live and wanted to buy her a birthday and Christmas gift, and they were very rude and denied the claim.

To take advantage of a cancer patient, dying person, or any person period is just wrong. I was there for the original agreement and they went back on their word. Completely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. My father wasn't looking for hand out or anything free, just what they had promised.

Always friendly and helpful with wonderful gift items. I love going in when I come to town!

I am from Appleton and my husband and I drove here on our day off. We had a wonderful expereience here. I did not intend on purchasing any jewelry but I could not pass up the exceptional offers and the unique one of a kind jewelry hand made by the owner! I have yet to enjoy such a personable and exciting experience at another jeweler before. Came in here to get a battery watch and band replaced. Only took a few minutes even with people in line in front of us. Friendly staff, clean, classy place. Great place for unique gifts.

Hubby and I went here to get my engagement ring stone set with a new setting. I also needed my wedding band sized and fused to the engagement ring. The gentleman who helped us was friendly, prompt and obviously someone who takes care in his work. Two hours after drop off we had my rings back on my finger! Reasonably priced for the work done as well! Lots of cool stuff other than jewelery in there too. What looked like lots of hand blown glass, cool clocks too. Highly recommend to everyone!

My engagement ring had a very loose stone. So I took it to the Goldsmith to have it fixed. It was just a few days before Christmas, so I thought I would have to go without my ring. Hopefully not to long. Ron told me he would have it done for me by tomorrow! Then he asked if I lived in Fond du Lac and I said no about half an hour away.so he said I will do it now so you don't have to come back tomorrow. What a wonderful thing to do! They are now my only go to for my jewelry needs. Wonderful people.

So admittedly this is my husbands google account. I went in today to have my ring cleaned and a check up. My ring is a custom created piece from the legend himself! The ring was cleaned and re-plated. I've been married two years now and it looks incredible! Generations of my family have used the Goldsmith for all their jewelry. We will be life long customers. I recently went to multiple jewelers yo see if I could get a ring made with a stone I had from my grandfather's tie clip. The Goldsmith had the most reasonable price, they knew exactly what they were talking about, and they were very helpful! The ring was finished in less than a week and the craftsmanship was fantastic, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I live in Southern California, but visit family regularly in Fond du Lac. I always wait until my annual visits to do anything jewelry related because I love the Goldsmith so much! Their work is impeccable and I trust them with my valuable family items. This last trip, I had a custom ring made with diamonds from family rings and had a bunch of rings resized.
