Very bad experience - have spent a lot of money here, the last visit we had several rings to be sized and have work done, the ladies are rude, confused, irrational. Then, we got appraisal papers in the mail named and addressed to us for other people in another city. Will never be going here again.

These ladies are absolute bullocks. Never buying anything here ever again. Bought a brand new Citizen watch worth a lot of money. Bought a ring that had to be resized. Was told that they would send to Oshkosh along with My Skagen watch that I received from Dollar General for Excellent Service for working for them for Seven Years and these ladies are NOT listening.

I was told I would be called 07/22/2021 and I wasn't I had to call them and they are all confused. Was told I would be called later that same day and wasn't again. Unbelievable. They are holding My Watch hostage. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Police Today. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on along with my parents Maxine and Melvin Sigmund.

The Jewelers in Fond du Lac know how to treat a loyal right. I don't even want the Citizen watch anymore. It's tainted with disdain from this whole fiasco. If I could give zero stars I would. Goodbye Forever

I got an amazing ring! At a great price! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Didn't know much about Diamonds but they were happy to help. Ring box even came with an internal light that at dusk put a spot light on my ring. Really made the moment perfect for my Fiance.
