I recently purchased a Luminox watch from this store. When I first came in asking about a particular watch, they didn't have it in stock but assured me they would get it within a few weeks. I was amazed at how fast they were able to get the watch for me as well as provide an incredible price. The customer service here is nothing short of incredible. I would be the first to recommend this place to a friend, or stranger for that matter, looking to make a purchase.

The clasp on my mom's charm broke. Everywhere I went wanted 40.00 and up to add a gold bell. I stopped by traditional jewelers since they were closest to the house to get one last estimate. He asked me if I was set on getting a bell soldered on the charm, I told him no. He presented a great option that would do exactly what I needed at 1/2 the price. It was like a double ring, I forgot the exact name. Thank you Traditional Jewelers for solving my problem without breaking the bank. I highly recommend them!

I found about Traditional Jewelers a few years ago and since I've been not only there for shopping but had jewelry special orders, the staff is very skillful in helping me to make choices and they really take time talking with you! Highly recommended, I know they are the best I've seen in the US, since I came from Europe. Thank you guys for also always keeping my jewelry bright and shining!

I checked and asked questions at most all the jewelry stores in Edgewater Mall for a particular item, which confirmed to me that jewelry sales people are mostly full of BS! Traditional Jewelers was the only place that I got a positive vibe from, thanks to Lauren. The item I ended up purchasing was less expensive than the other stores and wait time, since it had to be ordered due to size was 1- 2 weeks in comparison to 2 - 6 weeks from another. I received a call from Lauren on the 5th day after purchase that I could pick-up. wow! Amazingly fast! Traditional's will be my 1st stop next time.
