Took my mothers wedding ring in to have her diamond be reconstitued into my wedding ring. My ring had to be altered a bit to accomodate the diamond and the jeweler did a wonderful job. The ring was ready on the date promised. Annette is excellent at her job; she really seems to enjoy working with the customers. Will definately go back.

I ordered custom made gold cuff links as a special gift for my husband. After 1 wearing, the swivel base bent to the point of almost snapping off. When I returned to the store to report the problem, I was told it would be repaired free of charge. Later that day, I received a phone call stating that the repair would be $500. I spoke with the owner, Mr. Alonso, and he took no responsibility for the shoddy workmanship. In fact, he said my husband had "misused" the cuff links and that caused the problem. He refused to make the repair unless I paid the $500. Do not do business with this man!

I took in my grandmother's engagement ring that needed prongs replaced and to be resized. My grandma had passed away and as I was approaching engagement I wanted to use her ring. The setting and band was 14K white gold. At a first glance they did a great job repairing it. Fast forward to 8 months later I notice that one of the prongs had turned black.

I have recently moved to Florida and took it to a master jeweler in my area to look at it. He asked me where I got this work done so I said at a jeweler in my hometown. I paid $150 total for the job to be done. The new jeweler informed me that all the tips were NOT gold but actually sterling silver and proceeded to do a test to show me his findings which revealed tarnishing indicative of silver, not gold.

This is unacceptable. The new jeweler is now replacing the tips with white gold for $50 and has assured me he will fix it to the correct standards. The dishonesty behind the transaction is sickening, especially since this was a family piece. I was extremely embarrassed and disappointed to say the least. Think twice before taking your jewelry here especially if it has sentimental value.

I had taken in my Mothers ring that had to be resized for me and additional work needed to be done to it. I picked it up a week ago. I couldn't have been more pleased and completely happy with the outcome. The young man who helped me was very polite and thoughtful putting it in a beautiful box and then a beautiful bag with a ribbon! I wished you could have seen how happy she was when seeing what a great job was done to her very special heirloom ring that was being handed down to me.

My mother (Jesusita A.) will not go anywhere else for her jewelry wants and needs, and now, I am surely going to be a new customer not because they did a great job but because they make you feel like "Family". Thank you so much!

Marc did an absolutely phenomenal job on my wedding set and my fiance's custom wedding band. They worked with us every step of the way to design, change and create a final product that we could not be more in love with.

The Alonso staff was friendly and courteous. They did beautiful work and it was a fraction of the cost of the chain stores. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Took a small chain to get repaired, and got it back two different colors. They have very bad customer service on the phone and in person. The girl who answers the phone doesn't even greet you when in the store. Bad repairs and ugly jewelry. Too many options for you guys to go there and get ripped off.

Worst Experience ever special ordered 3 bracelets was told to put what I wanted down and that he would have them custom made and ready in a week should have cancelled when they charged me wrong, took my order wrong, gave me the wrong change but gave them a chance when drove in from out of town called them to let them know I was picking up but was border line to closing they tell me that bracelets have not been started that it was a custom order that it takes longer but that the gentleman that makes them had a emergency but it is a business and should know what is do and not leave the cust hanging and at least give them a courtesy call call, then told me manager would be in following Monday when called was told he was not there but would give him the message when arrived after letting whole day go by and no call back so arrived at store spoke to owner about situation and told me that the person had an emergency told him business is full of mistakes told me the girl is new but then said I am not giving you any excuses how about I just give you your money back in front of my kids who were really excited about getting these bracelets owner could not even return my call in regards to what was going on.

Please do not buy from this establishment you will be disappointed I guarantee the owner wasn't even able to make things right instead took out money and handed to me. This establishment will let you down and your family! This is a place of religious jewelry and believe they should be ashamed the way they act! I would like to see this business respond back so you can see what kind of business they really are most likely they won't due to the bad review!

Wonderful customer service. They stand behind what they sale. they do wonderful repair work. They care about their customers. Fast shipping. Repeat customer! My favorite jewelry store! Only complaint is I wish there was a store by me! lol

PLEASE DON'T GO THERE! SMALL JEWELRY STORE FROM HELL! I like to support small owned businesses but this experience was the worst! This is a shady place. Used sterling silver by the looks- don't expect anything high end. I wasted $600 here for a $150 gold necklace(which I know it's worth). It took 2 months for anything to come in and I was fed up at that point after 5 times of going in and asking what was going on with my necklace?! EJ doesn't know how to add and Robert (supposed mgr-but don't ask him to put that in writing) after my 5th time of going in and no inventory for me I told Robert I felt I wouldn't be spoken to or treated this way if I was a man.

He then said, "If you were a man, you wouldn't be standing right now." This coming from a 70 yr old man to a 120lb woman in her 30s. Go get your watch battery replaced for $10 at Walmart instead.

This was my very first time I came into Alonso's shop and I have to say that I was very happy and impressed with customer service and battery replacement. I came here to get a new battery in my watch. I've never been to this location and my father knew about this place. On the sign it said $10 battery replacement. First tip you need to know is that you can't just open the door and walk on in, you have to ring the doorbell.

I was okay with this because it made me as a customer feel safe. Once you hear a ring that's the sign your allowed to enter in. I met the owner and he gladly replaced my battery for $10 with taxes of course. And it only took about 8-10 minutes. This Jen is located inside the shopping center next to IBC Bank. It's a little hidden but there is a sign out there that you'll be able to see. This is my newfound place for battery replacement!
