I have been going here for years. Bought my wife an second engagement ring (one you could see with the naked eye) and they were not only patient and helped me with my selection, all these years later they continue to check it to make sure the stone is secure - no charge and lots of smiles after many years. I wouldn't go any place else.

Since we relocated to the Peoria area 23 years ago, we have been coming to Potter and Anderson whenever we needed or wanted fine jewelry or gifts. What sets P&A apart from other stores or online sites is the courteous and knowledgeable staff. For a chronic procrastinator (such as yours truly), knowing that I could always count on P&A of having just the right item, in stock, and just 25 min away from home, is tremendously helpful!
The depth of Curt's and Mike's knowledge in gems, silver, watches, fine gifts is readily apparent in the helpful advices they provide. The tri- county area is fortunate to have a store such Potter & Anderson right here in town!

We've had limited but very positive experiences with this store. We brought my wife's wedding band to them to do a stronger stone remount after the original failed and they did a great job. We've also had them do 2 appraisals and a repair on a necklace cords silver latch. We brought the cord in late in the day and only expected to drop it off. They had it fixed and better than new in minutes. They are great people to deal with and highly recommended. Thank you, Potter & Anderson!

Potter & Anderson provided exceptional customer service going above and beyond to help rectify a problem that we had with a shipping company that turned into a complete debacle. They did everything in their power to help with the situation and to facilitate the process. They provided a replacement gift beautifully, beautifully wrapped and they spent significant time making sure the package arrived safely the second time. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They're extremely kind and very nice to work with. Their customer service as well as their products are very high quality.

Truly this place is a gem (Wink) The service is top notch. I have loved it since I was a child. I love getting teacher gifts, baby shower, engagement gifts here because they are very unique gifts and the gift wrapping is amazing. If you haven't been you should stop it. It's a wonderful local Peoria store.

Like their advertisement says, "Potter and Anderson really does make dreams come true". At least in my book they do. I came in needing some very special gifts that didn't total up to all that much money. But I was treated so wonderfully and with such caring. I came away knowing I had exactly the right gifts for my people, making me feel very excited to be able to give them. Potter and Anderson went above and beyond in every way. I will continue to do business there in the future and send them many referrals. Fabulous!

I like to think I've been a Potter and Anderson customer since I was a little girl picking out all of my favorites while my parents shopped. Fast forward some years and Potter and Anderson is still a favorite of mine. Their service and selection is second to none, and they treat their customers like family. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have never used their Jewelry services, but Mike has been a blessing for my watches, I feel very lucky to have walked in one day with a badly adjusted band that another well known store would just not get right. It has been 4 years and that band is still perfect, but since then more than 12 watches of mine have been there for one repair or another, and have all received just the same dedicated service. Mike can't do it all there since there are some specialized equipment he may not have, but whatever he can do, he will with his best effort.
The other staff, and the owner, are also very nice; like I said: I haven't used their jewelry services yet but I have seen a couple of newly weds walk out ecstatic about a diamond ring they made out of a bought ring and a inherited stone. I have sinced moved to Michigan, but after writing this review I will be mailing another watch for service - still a happy client.
