The off-center trend emerged from those photographs. Roger Burke Jewelers is a full service jewelry store in Peoria, Illinois. If you're looking for an honest jeweler in Peoria, Illinois - I can't tell you where to find one. I can, however, tell you where you won't, and that is at Roger G Burke jewelers. Nick Burke, personally, misrepresented the authenticity of a piece to me. I sold a piece of vintage jewelry to a woman who used Mr. Burke's assistance in misrepresenting it as fake in order to return the piece through eBay without having to pay.
This ended up costing me over $230 out of my pocket, to pay for the return shipping and to pay to have the piece examined and chemically analyzed (for the second time, since I had it done before I sold it) to determine the piece was real, as I described, and as it had been all along. Mr. Burke lied about the authenticity of the piece, claiming it was fake when it was indeed real, in order to help his client practice deception and abuse the eBay system.
