I got a navel piercing almost a year ago and it has been infected for months now. I've had a few piercings from other places before so i know how to take care of them. All i can say is the jewelry definitely not a great quality. I couldn't changed it because its still healing + irritated and at the same time i need the infection to be gone before i can get a better quality jewelry.

I also bought their piercing bumps spray. I did not notice that the cap was broken and the bottle looks like an old one that has been stored for a long time. Very disappointed!

I went here a few days ago to get a vch, which I had been wanting for years but put it off thinking I should find a female piercer to do it. I moved up here recently and decided to just go for it and was able to make a same day appointment and got pierced by John. Everyone in the shop was extremely knowledgeable and clean. It definitely hurt but not as bad as I was expecting it to. Thanks guys!

My 3 piercings came out perfect but out of the 6 times I've been in the shop, it's a 50/50 chance to catch the piercer on a day when they are kind and approachable or on a day when you are the most stupid, most annoying person they've ever dealt with. I don't have a comparison between many shops so maybe that's just the way it goes but it does make me question if Ill keep going back for future piercings. The person at the counter was always super nice though.

Staff was very transparent about cost, healing time/what to expect with my piercings, as well as being super friendly and professional. Everything was clean, well sterilized, in a comfortable environment!

I will never get a piercing anywhere else. Went for a consultation and later the piercing and was given lots of education and talked through every part of the process. Really thankful for the space and the professional atmosphere. Wish I could give a 10 out of 5!

Most VIOLENT wonder the big man with a tattoo on his eye and his side kick the short haired meanie. After I prepaid he told me wouldn't allow my 14 year daughter in, as I was asking her to leave the store he shoved me in the chest as hard a he could put the door spilling my morning coffee all over me my daughter a witness was perplexed and then his partner actually flipped the bird to my minor. I called the cops. Ruined my day and I'm from Seattle. DONT GO TO THEIR BUiNESS

First off, the review written by "Jade" on here could NOT be more spot on. 100% I do not recommend this place. If you got your piercing somewhere else, and have some questions, or need some help, they will try to convince you that everything with your other piercer was wrong, the price was wrong, the jewelry was wrong, ETC. I paid $10 to book an appointment to get my nose re-pierced in which they REFUSED to do when they looked at my jewelry. LOL THAT HE EVEN ASKED TO SEE IT. You already know he was just trying to sell their merch. They refused to refund me, and they never helped me even a tad. Literal joke.

I had an overall good experience. They really know their s*** and made a great suggestion. I was able to get what I wanted although at first they didn't think it would be possible. Basic lobe piercing but looking forward to more. Great selection of jewelry ranging from expensive custom to more basic but still lovely and edgy as you wanna go. Efficient as hell and run like an army drill. They will definitely be on time which I appreciate.

After having to have my piercing removed due to poor placement, I cannot recommend anyone go here. My piercing was done by Cory? (whichever one wears the grill?) and a few months after, when it did not seem to be healing progressively, I revisited to shop to have it looked at. I was then literally gaslit and scolded for my aftercare. I couldn't believe they'd spoken to me the way they did.

I thankfully decided to get opinions from two other piercers at different shops, and they BOTH confirmed that it was not my fault. The piercing was done and placed incorrectly. As a result I've had to remove the piercing and hope that I don't have permanent scarring. Terrible experience. There are better places to go to in the area who won't gaslight you for their mistakes. 10/10 do not recommend.

Great experience at this shop! My piercer, Anthony, and other staff were very professional and went above and beyond local COVID safety rules. I got a nostril piercing opposite one I've had for years and Anthony was meticulous in placing it symmetrically, and even spent time with me beyond my appointment time making sure it was done properly.

The staff went over aftercare with me in great detail, and they carry a saline spray product that has been SO much easier to use than the salt water soak advice I've gotten at other places. This is easily the most painless and least gross healing process I've had for a cartilage piercing. "Least gross" goes a long way in my opinion of a piercing shop. Piercings are a body modification and it is so, so worth it to invest in one done well. I'll be back for my next one!

Awesome experience! John was extremely friendly and helpful. The piercing itself hurt less than my flu shot.

Good and efficient service! It was my first time getting my ears pierced and Anthony quickly walked me through the process and explained how to take care of my piercing as it healed. While piercing my ears was slightly more expensive here, I felt the quality and service was worth it.

Everyone here ROCKS. John is the sweetest and very knowledgeable. He helped me with a tough- healing conch piercing today and I left feeling good and confident thanks to him and the AMAZZZZING team. Thanks guys!

I purchased 3 pieces of jewellery from Evolve - although it was very expensive, I thought I'd support a local business rather than shopping online. 1 of the pieces has broken less than a year later. The shop has informed me that they will not replace it because it was not a high-quality USA-made piece of jewellery. What.? I certainly paid enough that I'd expect a moderately reasonable level of quality.

So : shop here if you want the worst of both worlds -- low-quality import jewellery that you could buy at a quarter of the same price online, but sold to you at top-dollar boutique-store prices, and without any customer service to back it up.

Very friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and only allowing one client inside at a time.

Critical: Professionalism They have great jewelry but are unnecessarily condescending when talking to customers. Every time I've been there the workers have spoken to me like I was an idiot for not knowing about their products. I won't be going back and suggest you don't either.

Got a double lobe piercing with Anthony, he was awesome and has such a gentle hand. I didn't even feel when my ears were pierced! He had a very calm demeanor and is genuine and honest about recommendations and feedback when asked. He is thorough in explaining everything he is doing during the process. Aftercare talk was a bit quick and I had to ask some questions that weren't covered but the most important info (cleaning) was discussed. Anthony also offered his schedule at the shop in case I had questions later on and wanted to talk to him directly. 5 stars and 10/10 would recommend!

I made an appointment at Evolve hoping to get my right nostril pierced. Jessica asked if they were the ones who pierced my left nostril, and I told them no, that I'd had it done 8 years ago, before I lived in the area. John became immediately apparently aggravated upon hearing that I'd had my first nose piercing done in another shop. He took me to the back to look at my already pierced nostril, and the second my mask was down began ranting about all that was wrong with it.

I would have appreciated if John had been at all able to communicate in an explanatory way how different my piercings might look, were he to go through with piercing the other side. However, he was only able to rant at me in a condescending manner, bobbing his head and body up and down as he interrupted any questions I attempted to ask just to repeat something he'd already said.

When we went back to the front, he repeated this behavior, interrupting Jessica, when I attempted to ask for her perspective on the same questions. I was extremely rushed to make a decision, and because of John's short-temper, I decided not to get anything done at all. Had the environment not been so aggressively hostile, I probably would have just got a different piercing.

I let them know the reason I would not be getting a piercing today had nothing to do with the placement, and was only because of how anxiety-inducing and uncomfortable the 7 minutes I'd spent there had already been made to be. I did not receive a refund. *I would not recommend this business if you are neurodivergent.*

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value I had an amazing experience at Evolve. The appointment started on time, was perfectly clean and sterile, and my cartilage piercing went flawlessly. Definite recommendation.

I got the nostril piercing with the deposit of $35 and a $55 charge for the stud of my choice, so the total was $90 + tax if anyone was wondering! I thought the shop was super COVID friendly, and John was so clear with how he was going to sterilize his station and pierce me. The process was quick and easy, I got in and out 30min at most! Love my piercing and will be coming for future piercings!

After consulting various experienced APP piercers in my home city in Houston whom expressed apprehension to perform a daith piercing on my ear anatomy. I have a very small daith area. I found John's shop while I was in Seattle for the week and I was shook that he expressed no apprehension. His technique and professionalism were A1! I felt immediately at ease when he said that bis bread and butter were penile piercings, I figured then a daith piercing should be a walk in the park.

And it honestly was, the pain was significantly lower than I had imagined. Even when I went back to Houston's 713 tattoo and piercing shop, the piercers were impressed with the placement of the piercing in my difficult daith anatomy and they spoke fondly of John.

5 stars from start to finish. Professional, clean, knowledgeable and efficient. They are doing an impeccable job with their covid/overall safety. I'm in the healthcare field and am hyper-vigilant of safety/sanitation protocols. John was extremely safe and careful for the duration of my visit. He changed gloves multiple times as to prevent cross contamination in the piercing room and was deliberate when performing the piercing.

He was caring throughout and was patient while explaining the process and answering my questions prior to the piercing. Not to mention he's a super cool guy and fun to talk to! If you're interested in getting a piercing, look no further. Don't go to a piercing/tattoo parlor where you don't know what you're going to get. Go to Evolve where all they do is piercings. Rsa

I had a septum done with Cory Simpson during the covid 19 pandemic. He did an absolute great job. Was super friendly and informative about what to expect, what myths to let go of. (ie: you can't flip up the jewelry as it heals.) he remained sterile the entire time we were in the piercing room. It sucks everything they have to do because of covid.

The face shield makes it really hard to see but he did a great job. It took a little longer to do but it wasn't more painful or anything like that. Just a small inconvenience he seemed to be able to adjust to with grace. Cory was super kind, very clear about the process and expectations of me as far as covid. I would recommend Cory and Evolve any day. One of the best in Seattle for sure. I spent about $100 for the piercing, including jewelry and tip. Thanks again Cory!

Very safe had me wait outside until they were done with previous client and same when I left for next person. Clean, informative, and helpful with ideas for what ring I should get for my new septum piercing

Went here for a random helix piercing while visiting from Chicago. The two guys that were there (I'M SORRY I AM BAD WITH NAMES) were SUPER helpful, nice, and very informative. They go the extra mile to sanitize everything for your piercing. I felt comfortable there and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get pierced. Thanks again!

I just came here today and was squeezed in for a navel with Cory. I have never had a higher end professional piercing and I'll be honest my expectations were pretty high, but I was kinda nervous since I haven't had a piercing in so long and the last few were not so good. Cory was super sweet and reassuring. I felt very comfortable and barely felt a thing! The covid precautions were set up and enforced. Will definitely be back for more! Thanks Cory!

Really cool shop, good location, and I went in to have a piercing looked at. Corey didn't try to up-sell me anyting, demonstrated really good knowledge, and just gave me some free tips for care. I highly recommend!

I got my first piercing here after being recommend by several friends. I appreciated how professional and no-nonsense the piercer was (when I got cold feet for a moment he asked me to return to the lobby until I was 100% sure. I liked that.) They were really helpful about after care as well and when my o-ring disappeared inside my ear a week later I went back and they got it out for me.

I went and got my navel pierced almost 2 years ago. They did an OUTSTANDING job, fast and clean. They had me initial for my needle to verify that it was autoclaved. They pierced despite scar tissue from a previous botched job done elsewhere. DETAILED instructions on caring for it after, and easy to reach them afterwards when needed. They also gave me detailed information on the type of metal my jewelry is since I'm highly reactive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! I waited 2 years to make sure that any issues would come to light before posting a review. I have NO COMPLAINTS.

Only shop out of six I've regulared in LA and Seattle that has it all. Most professional and sterile shop with REASONABLE PRICES!you have to initial your own needle to verify you know it's sterile and they don't even allow you to touch your own piercings in the shop. HYGIENE ON POINT! Extensive collection of all sorts of plugs and tapers including a vast gemstone collection! Experienced pierces with super rad back stories make for a wonderful experience every time and a great talk. 11/10 suggest and 12/10 suggest tipping them well!
