This place is great! Very nice, helpful, and most importantly they were quick and did a great job with the battery replacement on my watch. Will definitely go back there if needed in the future!

I brought in 14K endless hoop earrings, a 14K anklet and a sterling silver slightly complicated necklace for repair. Everything was repaired in about 30 minutes and looked great. They don't advertise earring repair, but I'm so glad they were able to fix my favorite pair of gold hoops. I will be returning soon as there are a few more items I've been putting off for years that need repair.

I broke my jade gold necklace and gold bracelet my mom gave me from Malaysia / Singapore. This was My first time trying this place and John, Asian American, at this Jewelry shop had excellent customer service. He was very friendly and also fixed my bracelet and necklace in a fast manner! He noticed my bracelet was scratching me and smoothed it out. If I have a jewelry problem again, will come back here. He is great :

Very satisfied with the experience and service, I received. Yes, I thought the prices were a bit high, I had a couple watches sized and two watch batteries replaced, but the batteries have a lifetime warranty. Do not know of many places that do that. What you are also paying for, is the service and experience, of the business. I felt very confident in both.

They do not have some guy, just putting in batteries and sending you home. The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable about my watches. I would definitely go back and I recommend this business to anyone looking for professional service or repairs.

Steven was happy to help resize my wedding ring for a VERY reasonable price, and gave a 24 hr turnaround time despite being very busy with a ton of orders at the time. I got my ring back the next day, perfectly sized as requested, not a stone out of place! He definitely loves what he does and it shows in his work, would definitely recommend!

I was hoping for a great experience from this place since a good friend said they're the best watch shop around. I had a pressure pin replaced on my Swatch after the original pin lasted 12 yrs and broke. The pressure pin replaced by Fast-Fix lasted almost 2 months before it fell apart. I took it back to have it looked at and Fast-Fix said they only warranty their work for 30 days, and I would have to pay another $20 to have the pin replaced. A new pin should last more than 2 months so I will try another watch repair shop instead.

Steven, Virginia, and Clarence have been amazing and very helpful in many jewelry and watch repairs over the years. They are a wonderful and very talented group of individuals, who are always so very helpful. I trust these wonderful people with anything I bring in to be fixed and or repaired anytime. Highly recommend them and trust them too. I also want to say that Steven is one of the most talented custom jewelry makers and designers I have met in a very long time. Steven has designed several wonderful pieces of jewelry while incorporating stones that have been in my family for generations along with melting and melding the gold from pieces in my family to design a beautiful one of a kind piece to cherish and wear a lifetime. I look forward to having more custom design pieces made by Steven too.
