Customs import records for the United States of America shows that they come directly from India and they really don't pay much less than two dollars even for semi precious stone and a sterling silver pendant. Gosh their prices are really high what good profit margins or maybe because the stones are fake it's not Moldavite or whatever and maybe it's plated sterling silver I don't know but here's the proof in the pudding good luck refuting that

I am amazed with my experience and compelled to share the whole story so buckle up. this is going to be a long one. My wife and I were in New Hope, PA celebrating her birthday. While walking around, a stunning ring in the window of a boutique jewelry store caught both our eyes. I could tell she loved it! Dinner and a night out was all she wanted but we agreed that she needed this ring.
She wore it out of the store and hardly took it off after that. On almost a daily basis she would come home from work and tell me how another person or client had complimented her beautiful ring. Flash forward a few months, the ring disappears. Just as suddenly as we happened upon it, it was gone. Couldn't find it anywhere and boy did we look. Retraced steps, contacted people she saw the day it went missing, mutliple car and house shake downs. all to no avail.
We were convenienced it was somewhere and would turn up but the loss began to consume her. It was a prized posession and to think it was gone forever was too much to bear. The boutique had nothing else like it. It was truly a one-off piece. I proceed to scour the internet looking for a similar ring. Knowing it would never be exactly the same but hoping it could replace what was lost. Hours of searching and again to no avail.
We had hit a dead end. After a day or so we recalled the stamp on the inside of the ring, "starborn", and a new hope was sparked. Yet unfortunately, we couldn't find anything similiar on the Starborn Creations site. I checked back periodically for a couple months and scrolled threw to see if anything new had popped up. Hoping to find something by Christmas, my outlook was starting to become bleak.
Until it hit me. why not try and call them. (I was born in the late 80s so unfortunately am technically a millennial) So I made the call. Ryan answered. I explained the situation and Ryan let me know they had jewelry in-store that wasn't on the site. He said that he would get off the phone and start texting me photos so we could figure out what kind of ring my wife had.
At this point I expected the usual level of customer service that falls within a four hour window. To my suprise, I recieved a text within minutes. In a few hours, through text, while I was able to continue working, Ryan helped me find a ring that is almost identical to the one she loved so much. Out of over a 100 rings that he sent, it was the only one left!
I can't express how happy she will be. I am entirely blown away by the level of customer service I received. Ryan is amazing! This company makes beautiful jewelry and treats their customers with an uncommon level of respect and genuine care. I selfishly hope they stay in business as long as I live because finding gifts for my wife just got a lot easier!
