Outstanding Jewery store with a very quant local Flagstaff atmosphere! I have to say the owner (Jeff) and his staff are extremely nice and pleasant. I called Jeff on Veterans Day and asked him if he could polish my watch as it had some surface scratches on it. He informed me he would be very happy to do it for me and that there was no charge since I was a veteran, which was very nice. Jeff, also asked me if I could leave the watch so that he would have time to do it properly, which I did. I picked up the watch the next business day and it looked amazing! We stopped in while on a road trip having decided to get engaged and we were looking for a specific style of ring which Julia, the kind person helping us, was able to make happen! Her and Jeff came up with this ring in 24 hours- exactly what I wanted and better than I imagined! And totally within our budget. My wife and I stayed for a few nights in Flagstaff for our 40th Anniversary. We went to Jeff Karl Jewelers to find ruby jewelry. We were met by two very nice ladies who helped us find a pair of ear rings and a diamond- ruby ring. We liked them and my wife was very happy for the deal they made for us. The ring needed to be sized and they did it overnight for us as we were leaving he next day. We were so very happy that they took care of us. Thanks again for the good service we received.

I was very happy with these guys. I brought my wedding ring in for a quote to get a small stone in my ring replaced and they recommended re-capping the prongs on the big stone as well. They did all this for $60. I was expecting it to be much more based on my internet search. They were a day late getting finished but it was well worth it. My ring came back good as new and soooo shiny! Great people to work with. Would absolutely go back. Highly recommend.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I wanted to repurpose the gold from an old family heirloom into my wedding band. Jeff understood what I wanted and delivered exactly what I asked for. In fact, his work was so nice that we had Jeff craft a matching band for my wife.

Wow! I can't begin to express how impressed I am with this store. From the customer service, to the repair, and finally the price. Julia was very pleasant and nice, as she helped to make my wife a very happy person on her birthday. My wife is very sick and while in the hospital she lost a stone on her wedding ring. With very short notice (same day) Jeff repaired her ring and it was absolutely beautiful. I will always think of them first for any of my jewelry related business and highly recommend them to all. I would recommend Jeff and his entire team to my close friends and family. let alone strangers. Jeff fall team exceeded my expectations. I walked into the Jew let's just to look as we were in the market for a new wedding set. The staff Was well versed and educated on their selection as well as what they could bring into the store. I immediately fell in love with an engagement ring but wass unsure as I wanted to see another style I was interested in. Jeff's team ordered me the other style just so I could see and confirm what I loved and wanted.

Then I was able to choose the exact diamond for my engagement ring at a very reasonable price. Finally, Jeff was able to help me meet my budget for the ring. This entire experience was a dream and I have the ring I will cherish forever and am truly grateful for the ring and experience I have had at Jeff Karl Jewelers.

My fiance had a custom ring designed for me at Jeff Karl. He brought family diamonds in gold to be made into the ring of my dreams and Jeff did not disappoint. This ring was such a huge part of one of the best days of my life and I am so happy my fiance went to Jeff Karl to make this happen. Jeff Karl does wonderful work at a fair and honest price. I feel like he treats each piece of jewelry like the customer it belongs to, kind, respectful, and wanting it to last forever. Although we did not purchase my wedding ring from this store, he's taken great care and pride in cleaning and repairing it in the 7+ years I've had it. He is also the only jeweler I trust to appraise it for our insurance coverage! I look forward to working with him for many years to come!

If I do, my reviews are few and far between and I've been thoroughly impressed with my experiences. This is actually my 2nd review (a first for me) for this jeweler. Their fair services, prices and expertise go far beyond my knowledge and expectations.

Took wives wedding set in to resize, they found some damage and I ask Jeff about completing set, he did great work and have me a more than fair price. Would gladly use this shop for all my needs in jewelry.

Had my watch sized here. They were very nice and professional, they got it sized right and charged me fairly.

I was visiting my in laws in Flagstaff and broke a gold chain. Took it to Jeff Karl and they were able to fix the fine chain - it looks brand new! No visible signs of repair, they did a great job. I told them I needed to have the fix done within three days when I leave Flagstaff and they fixed it in a couple of hours for only $25. This place deserves five stars.

My husband and I both did our wedding rings through Jeff Karl and he did them very quickly and they are absolutely gorgeous original, unique pieces! I have never seen anything like my wedding ring anywhere and I love how willing Jeff was to make it. He also backs up his craft very well with cleanings, reparations, and anything else necessary!

My husband got my engagement ring from Jeff and I have to it's such a gorgeous ring and it's to the T exactly what I wanted (so kudos to my husband and to Jeff) but I have to say I am so overly impressed with the service I got when I just went to get the ring sized as wells as when we got both of out wedding bands! Great people and a great business! I had a watch sized and my wedding ring sized. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. Jeff was friendly and went over the process he used to take the links off my watch just so I would know for the future. I only left my ring with them for a week or so, and the results were beautiful and affordable. I will definitely return if I need something else done to my jewelry.

Let's just say we live in San Diego and will only go to Jeff for our jewelry needs! The care they give you is unlike any other jeweler. I have an engagement ring, wedding band, and anniversary band from Jeff Karl Jewelers. After about five years I needed them to be re-sized up a half size, soldered, and rhodium plated (which you need to do every few years with white gold).

I expected to pay a pretty penny for all of this. Nope, I only paid for shipping! I love the service, they will never take advantage of you, and the quality of the jewelery is only the best. Again, we will always shop at Jeff Karl Jewelers!
