His cart was filled with wholesale novelties, and being a likeable person, Jack Silver got his foot into many doors. What soon developed was a complete line wholesale jewelry and gift provide firm based out of College Street in New Haven, CT - the J. A. Silver Co.

My wife and I had a terrible time with our previous jewelry store. When we tried Rumanoffs it was like a different world. Jen Patterson is the absolute best in the business. She took us under her wing and every single deadline she promised was met well before the deadline. If you are looking for any jewelry especially engagement rings and wedding bands Jen and Rumanoffs are the best in business by a long shot. We would highly recommended them to anyone as they are the most professional and courteous business out there!

My fiancee and I went to Rumanoffs after having a very bad experience with two other jewelers and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. We walked in and met with Jen P. who was fantastic from the start. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about custom jewelry design, but she has impeccable taste and was so helpful with the design of our custom engagement ring.
From CAD to the day my fiancee picked up the ring, the entire experience was amazing and Rumanoffs was able to complete the custom ring and custom matching wedding band in under 6 weeks. We also bought a tantalum wedding band and are so happy with that experience as well. We would never go anywhere other than Rumanoffs for our jewelry needs.

We absolutely love Rumanoffs! We started going here when my husband proposed 11 years ago and we dont go anywhere else. The staff is always so helpful they will always work with your budget and the continued service after your purchase a piece from here is amazing! They just recently matched a channel band for my set from a ring we purchased 10years ago and I absolutely love it! They are the best!

The entire Rumanoff Family and every member of their dedicated and trust worthy staff are compassionate, patient and honest. The store is gorgeous and they have a multitude of options and varieties for any fine jewelry purchase. My husband and I trust Doug, Leslie, Mike, Steve and the entire team at Rumanoff's Fine Jewelry and would not purchase from any other jeweler.
I recently picked out a new diamond band and just loved my experience of seeing all of the options and expressing my specific requests (i.e. sizing/fit). There is not a request they cannot handle and do it with grace and kindness. You always feel so appreciated and valued as a customer every time you enter the store. Rumanoff's is a top notch jeweler that provides their customers with a high end experience no matter what your shopping for. I walked in looking for an engagement ring and was blown away by their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and their willingness to accommodate my budget. From the engagement ring to our wedding bands, my fiance and I were impressed every time we walked into the store.
We got exactly what we were looking for with honest and unbiased suggestions. Jonathan is great to work with, and he made me feel comfortable purchasing the engagement ring, and my fiance felt the same way when we purchased our bands. You don't get that kind of service from a big box store. Highly recommend!

My husband and I visited three local jewelers when we first started our search for our wedding bands after getting screwed over for my engagement ring from Kay's. Plus I knew I wanted to support local and knew we would get amazing quality - and that's best way to describe Rumanoff's is QUALITY. I got a wedding band that has diamonds half way around it to match my engagement ring and my husband got a tantalum, matte, black wedding band since he doesn't like anything fancy or flashy.
These rings look so beautiful now that we get to wear them everyday! I visited Rumanoff's several times leading up to the wedding day and each time they happily cleaned and shined my engagement ring (which remember, wasn't purchased there). They even gave me some jewelry cleaner when we went to pick up the bands and also included a free rhodium plating for my engagement ring just for purchasing the bands there.
This normally costs $50 but they wanted to include it so my bands would match perfectly when I started wearing the wedding band. Thank you so much to everyone at Rumanoff's - the entire family and staff is truly a delight to work with and I will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Rumanoff's; best jewelery store ever. Family owned and trustworthy. They work as a team and assisted me in redesigning my wedding ring. We also designed a bracelet. They listen to customers' requests and work with their customers to deliver the best product with the best service. Communication along with updates on your order status is good also. They stand behind their work. I will continue to recommend Rumanoff's.

Rumanoff's is my go-to for any jewelry needs. I purchased my wife's engagement ring there as well as both of our wedding bands. They sell excellent brands and will work with you to customize something beautiful and in line with your personal tastes. Leslie particularly was incredible to work with when it came to crafting the engagement ring. She helped me incorporate a couple of family diamonds I had into a wonderful final product.
They also put a premium on customer education so that you truly understand the differences in metals/diamonds and will feel comfortable with your final product. I also found that they truly care about your budget and will not push you to go out of your range, but will rather work to craft something that you can afford while meeting your needs. Little hospitality touches such as snacks and drinks just adds to the feeling of warmth you get from this establishment.
Rather than feeling like a transactional retail marketplace, they make you feel like a special partner. For all of these reasons, I wouldn't go anywhere else when it comes time to make my next jewelry purchase. I couldn't recommend them strongly enough.
