Moyer Fine Jewelers is my favorite jewelry store. The shopping experience is truly pleasurable with a modern, glamorous decor and a welcoming staff. They have an extensive selection for every budget. Mandy Souers is so friendly and helpful. With Mandy's knowledge of the products and style, she is able to pick out the perfect items. Mandy was instrumental in helping my daughter and future son in law design a gorgeous engagement ring. Mandy helped my daughter narrow her selections, shared her knowledge of diamonds and settings, and made her feel like the special princess she is! Mandy then coordinated with my future son in law to pick out the perfect diamond for them. They were thrilled with the experience.

I was looking for a very specific style of watch that I was having little luck finding nationwide. Scott at Moyer Fine Jewelers did more footwork in locating a suitable piece for me than any other AD I had worked with. Excellent communication and service throughout the whole experience. We went to Moyers to "look" at anniversary bands and that is where we met Tyler. He was beyond wonderful! Very attentive and always listening to what we were saying. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and it more than showed in how he helped us select and narrow down our choices. We found the perfect band and came back to get a "matching" mount for my engagement ring stone. Tyler helped with the selection again, and I am over the moon with the pairing. Okay. this was our first time looking at engagement rings and Tyler was the most AMAZING person to help us do it! We had a perfect experience from start to finish, he knew exactly how to help me find the perfect one and made my boyfriend and I double over in laughter! The staff knows so much about their product and spend lots of time educating the buyer (aka me). Everyone is accommodating, low pressure, and I know I'm buying quality product. I went into Moyer with a diamond that I had purchased a year and a half ago and was hoping to have a band made for it. I walked into Moyer and Mandy immediately greeted me and assisted me with the process. She spent a great amount of time showing me different types of rings and helped me create my dream ring. She was always available to answer any questions that I had.

I also had a situation arise where I needed the ring a couple of days sooner that expected and Mandy was able to make it happen. If you're going to Moyer, be sure to ask for Mandy! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Moyer. I went in to look at watches and had an excellent experience. The sales associate was kind and helpful and let me try on anything I was interested in. I felt no pressure to have to buy something but ended up with a gorgeous new timepiece. The facility is very upscale and I felt like every customer was important to them. I will definitely be visiting them again next time the itch for a new watch arises!
