The staff that I have done business with here has been more than one welcoming, but greatly helpful as well. Absolutely no pressure at all. I've been in there twice, thinking the first was just a fluke in treating me so well, but, I was wrong. Great people. I can't say enough about how I have been treated, and will not only be back, but will also tell everyone how well I was treated. Thanks for much for your kindness, and just a warning, I WILL be back if nothing else just to say hello.

Very nice ladies that are always in a friendly mood and very helpful! They helped us sort through a large selection of coins and do it fairly quickly and give a good offer while telling us information about the coins and why or why not they are worth anything. I had to settle selling some items from an estate. They gave me a value on everything about a year ago. I took care of all my other estate business and brought those same items back today to finally sell them. They were just as professional, courteous and knowledgeable today as they were when I visited last year. They were a bunch of great ladies to work with!

The staff is rude! I have been in here a few times for different reasons. Everytime the staff is rude and acts like you cant come to a pawn shop to look. I will never return to this business and I will make sure no one I know will go here either.

I've been coming in Best Pawn regularly for about a couple of years, for jewelry repairs, ring resizing, watch batteries, and to occasionally buy something sparkly. The location is convenient to both Wetumpka and Montgomery.
