Had ring resized, was done in about a week, probably a little more expensive than I would have preferred to pay. I also had to send the ring back in to the jeweler (who thankfully was still at the store) when I picked it up to have two sets of fairly obvious scratches polished out. Glad I saw them when I was there, it would've been frustrating to have to bring it back.

I took a ring to Ware Jewelers to have it fixed and cleaned. They did an excellent job, and had it done quickly. When my husband went to pick up my ring, they offered to clean his chain for him since they saw it was dirty. He left with my clean ring AND a clean chain, which was so nice. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting anything done with their jewelry.

Mine was a simple request to replace a watch battery. Because it is considered a "premium" watch, a jeweler that sells that brand tried to charge me $100 for "lifetime battery replacement". I walked out of there and came here the next time I came back to Auburn. This was exactly as you would hope and expect of a Jewry store. They were polite, pleasant, helpful, and fair in their pricing. Why bother to write a review for a battery replacement? Because I have come to appreciate that not all jewelers are the same.

I purchased a used Rolex from them with papers and everything. Gold started wearing off so I took it in and they told me it was fake and I was trying to scam them. This was the second Rolex I had bought from them and know I'm out thousands of dollars and they wouldn't do anything about it. They don't sell used ones anymore which shows you they know what really happened.
They threatened me with their lawyer if I kept hounding them about it and blocked me on Facebook when I posted about it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE CROOKED THIEVES! I hope they get what's coming to them one day.

Nice quality selection but staff is neither helpful or friendly. About 3 months ago I needed face for my watch because the one that I had cracked. It was a good watch, not a cheap one. They wanted nothing to do with it and told me that I had to get it replaced by contacting the manufacturer online. I gave him a second chance last week. I recently received another high end watch as a gift.
I had called in advance to see if they can remove a link so that it would fit around my wrist better. I was told that I can drop the watch off and it would be 3 to 5 business days before they can get to me. I guess the old days of the jewelry store helping people out for things other than buying the jewelry are long gone. Honestly I get the vibe that they don't care if I come or go unless I spend money at their store by buying their items. By the way, jewelry by design in Auburn is the place that saved me both times, and the staff is much nicer there.
