When I was a young man, my grandpa said to me, "If you're going to do it, do it right the first time." You'll notice when you come in that all of our jewelers wear headloops. Ken Whipple, founder and owner of Park City Jewelers, has always had a fascination with geology and gemstones. For the past 25 years he has transformed this passion into one of the most unique jewelry stores you'll ever visit. My hubby and I popped in during our trip to Park City, it was the huge geode in the front that caught my eye. We looked at their gorgeous displays. My hubby kept pointing out their snowflake necklaces. So pretty! I saw one, Sterling silver with blue topaz. Instantly loved it. Went back the next day to purchase. So very happy with it! Lots of compliments on it and they let me wear right out of the store. I now have a true treasure to remember a very special trip to Park City. Loved the whole experience.

This store is lovely and welcoming. They also stand by their pieces. Purchased an opal ring in 2020 and a pave diamond came out, so the following year, I brought it by and they fixed it, and mailed it back to me in FL. I also have great luck finding gifts here that are special and unique to the area.

Absolutely the best. Ken & Cole are just amazing. They love their craft, but more importantly, they love thier customers. Ken is a hoot that just has a passion for what he does. From the simplest of designs to the most extravagant, when you purchase a piece of art from Park City Jewelers, you know you are getting something that was done with love, and is absolutely perfect!

On a day off from the slopes, I was on Main St. in Park City and walked into the store. General Manager, Lex Harrison, greeted me, we chatted a bit then then he offered to clean the ring on my finger. We talked some more and then he guided me towards a perfect ring at a fair price. Then he brought me my ring which was sparkling. The man's salesmanship was smooth as silk - and you know what? Totally refreshing. Not pushy, not too friendly, respectful and just right. Go there and buy something.

I would give 10 stars if it was possible. I was introduced to Ken about 2 months ago by a coworker. I have never had custom jewelry made and didn't know how the process would go. I gave Ken a call and immediately felt like family. I began with setting 3 stones in gold with a diamond. I have held onto these stones for 8 years. The timing was perfect as the weekend after Ken (owner) personally delivered the pendants to me, I got engaged (surprise) and was able to give one to my fiancee, and my future daughter. Ken then helped us design two personalized and beautiful wedding rings.
The cost was great, but the service and quality were even better. We had several meetings with Ken and some of his employees. Every time we stopped by, we were treated like family. We were able to cast my fiance's (now wife) ring from my ring and melt down and transform an old wedding ring into a gorgeous ring. They also made a most beautiful wedding pendant with two diamonds and a large amythist.
We cast another ring from mine for my son. Throughout this whole process, Ken sent pictures of the rings and pieces as they were being designed. I then asked Ken and his son Cole (co-owners) to help design a signet for my fiance and I. The week before my wedding, I also asked for 3 additional pieces for my future children. They made it all happen within the week.
They have exceeded all my expectations for custom jewelry. I would recommend them for any budget from first time buyers to buyers of the exotic and extravagant. Ken, Cole and the whole Park City Jewelers family is a part of my family. In total, they made me 14 pieces of custom jewelry for my family. I am now married and soo very grateful for how quick, friendly, and professional the service was.
They also had a day while I was on site that they made a lazer engraved key chain with a custom logo for a friend as I was talking with them. After all the meetings, meals, phone calls, and pictures, I am going to miss them.
