Gary and Susan Glandon have owned Stagecoach Gifts and Jewelry for many years but our story actually begins years before. Gary's grandparents, Leon and Mazie Henline along with Jim and Joyce Glandon (Gary's parents) built our first souvenir store, the Wigwam, in the tiny town of Atlanta, NE in the early 1950's.
At the Stagecoach, we have one of the highest-quality selections of handmade jewelry in the United States. This begins with our Native American jewelry, one of the finest collections you will ever find. Each piece is hand-chosen to ensure you are receiving a beautiful and quality piece. These artists create Native American jewelry that is designed to last for many years.
Calvin Begay is an acclaimed designer who is in Gallup, NM. He makes a variety of inlaid Native American jewelry but is, perhaps, best known for his Starry Night Collection. The Navajo artists can create amazingly detailed pictures using tiny stones. Many of these depict Native American pueblo buildings under a starry night sky. The pictures they create are wonderfully impressive displays of skill and talent. Our Calvin Begay jewelry highlights some of this amazing work.
Stagecoach has a huge selection of the world famous Minnetonka Moccasins. When you think moccasins, you think Minnetonka, and if you're in Nebraska, you know where to go to get the best selection: the Stagecoach. The popular boot moccasin is one of our best-sellers along with the traditional soft sole and classic beaded moccasin.

This is probably my favorite store in all of Kearney! The staff is so friendly, the crystal & gemstone selection is fabulous, they have smudge supplies (including sweet grass!), the featured local art work is stunning (I've bought multiple pieces of artwork from wood sculptures to fire kiln clay and metal wall decor), and if you are looking for a costume there is a HUGE selection of costume pieces, wigs, and accessories!
I recommend grabbing a "blind bag" from the front part of the store! There are ages, genders, and prices written on the outside of cute packages and there's a surprise inside! For example one of the grab bags I purchased that said "Female/Girl" ended up being a beautiful beaded bracelet. Definitely recommend! Many of the crystals in the picture are from Stagecoach- including the darker amethyst chunk, the clay troll holding a quartz wand, and several of the smaller surrounding crystals in the tray.
