I've bought from them a few times in the past but this an details of mint location was left out an I received my correct items so this time I figure it would be the same thing they waited awhile to send them out so I called and they need to verify my address I mentioned how cheap the to lots I won went for a tried to talk to make sure that I was getting what was pictured an was cut off so I received my items today an they were not what was in the pictures so I called them and told them the issue an said that I was willing to pay more for the items that I won I was hung up on then called back to speak to someone higher up an they told me that I got a good deal an I could send them back at my expense an they never had 1903-o just wrong I just want what I paid for make sure that you do all of your homework before you buy from here an document every thing because they will take the fun right out of it truly sad they should have had a reserve if they didn't want it to sell cheap

Disappointing. Called in for a watch repair. not friendly, offered little to help. "i don't know id have to see it." no thanks.

You can buy lots of gold for 1% over spot. My wife will not go anywhere else to buy her jewelry. If you do have a problem with a purchase they will do what it takes to correct it. If I could give them 10 stars I would because they deserve it. Keep up the good work.

Being a young woman, people frequently try to take advantage of me thinking I'm ignorant. After visiting a few other stores trying to simply sell 10oz of silver. I made my way to this store. They were very polite, respectful, to the point, and most importantly fair. I highly recommend this store.

Working with Paul at the store in Bonita Springs, he sold all my Waterford crystal and now has a set of Christmas dinnerware that I know will be sold as well. He was professional, kept me informed, and I received a complete breakdown of each item and what I would receive once sold. I had no idea they handled auctions, but I highly recommend them if you need a professional outlet for collections like mine. Watch these scammers. I checked price of Silver just prior to walking in ($18.14 per oz). Less than a minute later the fool at the counter quoted me at 18.49 per oz. He didn't look at anything, just came up with the number. I told him he was wrong and to check price. He just said he buys silver all the time and knows more than I do about it. I laughed and said bye. I'll buy online. Note: They charge.95 cents over price per oz as well.

Just received coins from an auction. Well packaged, good condition and happy with auction price. Incidental buyer's premium and shipping, oh well.

Did not email me with tracking number on a lot I won at auction online and ended up having my package stolen because I was unaware it had shipped. Would not answer questions concerning insurance because the value was too low and status showed it delivered despite me having a verified USPS investigation report stating it was stolen. You only succeed as a business by satisfying customers needs and mine were far from met.

I love shopping at Gulfcoast Coin & Jewelry. Their staff is great, knowledgeable, and service is great. I have attended dozens of their auctions, had jewelry and watches repaired, bought my wife's diamond from Denise. I highly recommend them

I have started bringing all of my jewelry business to them. As soon as you walk in they are friendly and helpful. Megan helped me find the perfect engagement ring after my long search in many different stores. They have the best selection. And they were extremely patient with me in helping me find my dream setting. My husband initially went there and got my solitaire ring knowing he would bring me back to find the perfect setting.

He was right. The owner, Mike Joyce, is also very generous. He donated to a charity organization I was working with to obtain raffle items. He's always looking to help the community. This is a really great place to shop and I'm happy to give them my business over any corporate or big box jewelry store.

I just had my wedding band re-sized and polished today. Thank you Bill! It looks lovely! My husband and I have used Gulfcoast Coin & Jewelry on several occasions and have been very pleased with the service and quality.

They do have a good selection of jewelry and some nice collectors coins. However their customer service is abysmal. I am routinely ignored whenever I go in there. Also, their prices on coins are routinely much higher then elsewhere.

Auction items sometimes have reserves that are too high but you can sometimes get a good deal.
