It's good to have a real jewelry store in the area. People were very helpful and friendly.

Good. They extended worm courtesy to me and to my beloved daughter, who visited for a minor change in her constume. Very much happy.

Trustworthy. I have had jewelry repaired and even my Diamond engagement ring reset by this family owned store, I was not disappointed. They did a great job and we looked at my Diamond through the magnifier, agreed on details of the stone, and examined before accepting the new setting.

Seriously an amazing experience. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The staff was so helpful and nice. They have an amazing selection and price range for anyone in the market for jewelry.

Found this place on a random google search to get a broken link pin in my watch repaired. Staff was great, fixing the problem on the spot and the price was far better than it should have been. They've definitely earned a future larger purchase when the time comes. Nothing but good things to say.

They have been my family's jeweler for a long time. Now they are mine. I love EVERYONE that works there, especially the owner Maria. She (and the other employees) spend as much time as you need. And boy do they know their stuff when it comes to ALL OF THEIR GORGEOUS jewelry! I love everything about then.

Alex was very helpful in picking out a watch for my boyfriends Christmas present. He was even willing to try the watches I was considering on so I could see how they would look on an actual person instead of just in the display, which is very helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, which is one of the things I typically dread the most about jewelry shopping. Great selection as well, lots of variety. Will definitely be coming back next time I need to make a jewelry purchase or get a cleaning!

Love Sherman Jewelers I've been a forever customer, going back to the late 70's. Great customer service and reasonable prices. I've been to other jewelers, and didn't have that one on one comfort feeling as I do at Sherman's. There is no pressure, they are helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Sherman's, is my go to jeweler. I love the Flemington, NJ store. I sometimes just stop by to say hello to the staff and owner.

I would like to thank Sherman & Sons for there fabulous services. They seized my engagement ring perfectly and with the spot-on service we visited then for our wedding band needs. Within minutes Scott Wood found me the perfect band. We tried several other store afterward, but none matched up to the singular service of Sherman &Sons or Scott. My engagement ring is a vintage piece with unusual shaping, Scott delivered. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Scott. You were indispensable.

Quality and professional service a plus! Tried a few other large local who couldn't compare Sherman's isn't the largest but Quality comes in small packages, one step at a time! Highly recommend!

My fiance designed/bought my engagement ring here so when we were talking about wedding bands- I figured we would stop in. We were greeted by Alex. I said how my fiance had my ring made through them and I was interested in a wedding band. he immediately pulled out a book. Did not once ask to look at my ring. Didn't ask what I liked or disliked. Didn't ask my fiance any questions about the ring either!

I flipped through 3 pages of this catalog that had nothing worth looking at. not one ring pulled from the cases. I think we were there for 5 minutes total and when it was obvious that this was not working, he said "I'll contact the maker of your ring and see what they have available" to only then ask my name, phone number and ask my fiance his name to look up the old sale. Oh and as I turned and said "let's go" Alex said, "oh and congrats on getting engaged" as if he could salvage this terrible experience.

I have only experienced great customer service, fabulous quality pieces of fine jewellery and they treat as family! Sad they are closing the store in Bridgewater but elated they are keeping Sherman Jewelers in Flemington, NJ!

I just took my new dive watch here to have a couple of links removed from the bracelet because it was too big. This is a very simple job but beyond their capabilities. After 40 minutes of waiting, I ended up walking out of the store with my watch in several pieces in a zip-lock bag. I instead went to Kries Jewelers (on Main Street) where they explained that Sherman & Sons hadn't given me all of the pieces back! I would strongly dissuade anyone from going to Sherman & Sons. Based on the other reviews, my experience is not isolated.

Just took my daughter to get her ears pierced and they did a horrible job. The one lady who pierced her ear, did get it all the way through. She didn't even say anything and walked out of the store. The salesman, Scott said we would have to pierce her ear again, but he didn't have anymore pearl earrings. So they pierced her ear again and now she has one pearl and one gold earring. The part that upset me the most is that they did not apologize. Very unprofessional place.

Went to Shermans to turn in some gold for cash. At first we were greeted warmly then it became obvious that our salesperson, Meredith, was not happy with doing the long process of sorting through our gold and determining the value. She was borderline rude and I would advise against going to Shermans to take advantage of their cash for gold offer.

I was warmly greeted when I entered, the staff was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but very friendly! Ive had many watch batteries fixed here, and if the battery is not the only problem with the watch they provide an explanation and can send it to their watch maker. All the jewelry repairs ive brought in to be fixed are done in a timely manor and finished with upmost care and quality! my go to jewelry store!

Absolutely terrible jeweler. We took my wife's engagement ring in for a simple repair. After waiting three weeks after being told the repair iwould take one week, we get the ring back and it's been completely butchered. The work was sloppy, there was extra gold making the ring misshapen, and the ring as a whole looked substantially different.

They take it back for another week to fix their sloppy work, and when we get it back nothing changed! We give it to them a third time for over a week (a month and a half total at this point), they fix some of the problems they caused, but not everything. They insist it looks good and tell my wife "don't look at it up close and you won't notice." They refuse to give us a refund for ruining her engagement ring. Don't go to Sherman for repairs if you value your jewelry. A total nightmare.
