Stopped in yesterday to have a ring fixed. It was a ring gifted by my mother which had belonged to my late Grandfather. A very meaningful piece, and I wanted to make sure for it to be fixed properly. With fixed I mean, the ring was cut because of a surgery in my Grandfather's later life. Christopher helped me and was super friendly, helpful and professional.

At first it was said it'll be done in a few days, but after Christopher noticed how much this meant to me, he had it fixed and ready to be picked up in hours! With a big smile he presented me the ring. A beautiful job, fast and very meaningful. The price was very reasonable as well! Thank you Christopher and Genesis Jewelry. I worked with Crhis and we were able to come up with a fantastic custom design for an engagement ring! He was able to use the diamond from my grandmother's engagement ring and help me keep the price within my budget. I will be using them again for any jewelry needs and telling any of my friends to head there as well.

Their customer service is beyond extraordinary. My husband worked with them to design my engagement/wedding ring and they have been so kind and willing to check and clean it periodically. My ring looks amazing after they take care of it. It also needed repairs and they did wonderful work.

My wedding ring is from. Genesis. Janet did an amazing job helping us find the right diamond for the centerpiece of the band I chose.
