I came in today to have my watch battery replaced and John and Stephen was very helpful and customer friendly.

Love this locally and family owned jewelry store! They are always so helpful and I have several great pieces of Jude Frances that I wear everyday, love, love, love them! Paris and Cheryl are the best!

Took a bracelet that I purchased from Roberson's to be repaired. They said it would cost $40. Called me later to say they could not fix it and would send it to John Hardy, the manufacturer. Called a second time telling me it would cost $200 to repair. I said "no thanks". They told me they would get it back for me to pick up. Sent my granddaughter to retrieve it. They charged $50 for shipping! Unbelievable -no one ever said there would be a cost to send it. So displeased with their customer service!

I hurried after work to get my watch battery changed and arrived 5-10 minutes before close. The jeweler was taking the trash out and you could tell they were shutting down. I asked if there was enough time to get my watch battery changed and they were so kind to do it with good attitudes. The staff was very friendly and kept up good conversation while I waited on my watch. I will be going back!

Roberson's is amazing! When my fiance and I went to shop for rings we first went to another store in Little Rock. The salesman was very rude when we told him our budget and basically acted like we weren't worth his time. We were both very upset by the experience, but decided to go to Roberson's on a whim. We were immediately greeted by some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever come across.

They were genuinely nice and didn't look down their noses at us when we told them our budget. Sheryl Roncketto took a lot of time to talk with us and steer us in the right direction for our budget. She never tried to push us to spend more than we wanted to, and really worked with us on the price of the ring we got. Her 25 years of experience made her invaluable to us!

She let us look at loose diamonds and pick the one that was perfect for us. Paris and Mary were wonderful. Paris was able to look at the rings I favored, and go look up a ring by one of their vendors she thought I'd like. I loved it immediately! Mary actually picked my wedding band and gave me some great advice about ring maintenance and sizing beads.

They're just an amazing group of people and we'll definitely be going to them for all our jewelry needs in the future! If you're in the market for a ring, or any jewelry, swing by Roberson's!

Don't get watches serviced here! I spent $750 to get my Rolex fixed. had to return THREE times because it wasn't. No refund ever offered--Only got excuses each time. Finally gave up and went to Sissy's and they fixed it the first time and it's worked ever since, though I had to pay the full price AGAIN. Another friend had a similar experience at Roberson's, which compelled me to write this. Beware-- take your watches elsewhere!

I had a problem with an expensive watch band thinking it needed replacing due to a broken clasp. The great folks at Roberson's repaired the clasp when other stores just wanted to replace it. Thanks!

When my fiance and I were looking for rings we went EVERYWHERE. I am a gal of classic and unique style. I wasn't able to find a ring that fit my personality. After several weeks of searching a friend of my fiance mentioned Roberson's jewelry. As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff, which helped us find just the right ring for me that fit my personality perfectly. Now, when I am looking for just the right piece of jewelry I go here. Plus, they have a wish list for me, so if my husband needs to purchase jewelry for me they know what I like and can guide him.

He can buy from the wish list or the staff can suggest pieces to him based on my wish list. He can never go wrong in getting my a perfect piece of jewelry with that type of service. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a longtime jeweler.

Poor customer service. Much more expensive than other places They failed to help me twice when I went in looking for an engagement ring. Both times the sales person took my information and said they'd get back to me. They just got back to me after literately 6 months from the second time I went in. Which is better than the first sales person that never got back to me. However, I had already purchased the exact ring I described to them for much less than what they told me I would be able to get it for.

They said they would be able to order the band that I wanted but I purchased it for $1,100 and their price was $2,200. The diamond alone would have been an extra $1,000 if I had gotten it from them. I wanted to support a local business but considering the price difference, ordering the ring online was a no-brainer.

You could not find a more friendly group of people to work with as a Jeweler. The have a great knowledgeable team with a large selection. The most important thing to me is if you buy something will they service it. Friendly, Professional Service with great communication. I would highly recommend them for mens watch purchases and anniversary gifts.
