Great service from the staff.extremely helpful with explaining different options that were available with the gifts I had been looking for. I came into the store in search of pandora jewelry. The two employees in staff the Saturday I went were very nice and engaging. There was no pressure to up sell. The pandora associate did nicely recommended an item for a big event that may pair well with pandora but did not force a sale. I was very happy with my experience. I will definitely go back.

The is is a scam business. Don't buy from it! I accidentally bought a bracelet from them and never received it. When calling them, I was told to check the local mailman! I was also told that they'd fight me if I deny payment. The company is listed as P& L Finance Co Inc. on my paypal payment. We were worried about this being a scam after seeing this but didn't think it could be true.

I had a pleasant experience when I purchased post Christmas gifts at Elisa Ilana Jewelry store. The store had an excellent selection, and just the jewelry items that I was looking for, and also had very interesting hand painted gift cards, from which I decided to include one in my purchase. I will definitely keep this store in mind for any additional personal gift purchases in the future.

Everyone was so helpful! I had always seen this jewelry store, and had never been inside. I'm happy to say that I'll be a returning customer! The lady that greeted me was assisting another customer, politely greeted me and said she would grab her coworker (Chris) to assist me. She pardoned herself from the customer she was helping to grab Chris, and returned to her customer; which was absolutely impressive and very kind! Chris assisted me with helping me chose something for my niece and was happy to answer any questions, while not pressuring me to buy.

This was a horrible experience, from the owner to the service department. If there were negative stars, this Elisa Alana Jewelry store would receive them. I took a chain in to have the clasp fixed. It took three times as long as promised. Communication was awful. I left a message four times before the owner returned a call, absolutely no satisfaction after finally talking with her.
I will NEVER go in this place again. Customers, beware. It was an AWFUL experience. Do NOT go to this jewelry store. Communication and service were terrible. My name was misspelled on the receipt. My phone number was wrong. The credit card receipt did not match the bill. Obviously, customers and details do not matter.

BEWARE! Do NOT order from this seller online! I ordered a Pandora Charm in December 2020 which was supposed to be delivered before the end of the month. The item never arrived so I contacted the seller and didn't receive a helpful response. I filed a claim through PayPal in February, which the company fought me on every step of the way. Finally in mid March, 2021, the case was closed in my favor and I got my refund for the charm I never received. This seller is a scammer! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Placed my order on 12/13 & paid extra for shipping to arrive between 12/18 - 12/22. Received shipping info on 12/21 with arrival on 12/28. Sent 2 emails to customer service with no response so I called today. Every excuse was used, short staffed, poor weather, received shipment late from Pandora, shipping not guaranteed - then why did I pay extra for it?! I get it, it's been a tough year for everyone but they certainly could have responded to my email regarding the delay. Such a disappointment.

Worst store ever! I Purchase two items and paid extra shipping to have a deliver on time two weeks before Christmas I received a partial order and when I called customer service the lady gave me an attitude so I'm guessing this is the owner because this is not a real Pandora store is an authorized retailer but not Pandora itself so beware because you will pay extra to have two items shipped only received one and then they do not want to refund all the extra money and shipping that was paid for two items they give you attitude and the items look fake

BEWARE of purchasing ANYTHING online. They do not ship. We had purchased a Pandora ring online and they sent one and charged us then sent a second one and charged us again days apart. We never got an order confirmation. We called to try to return the second ring from a duplicate order and asked for a return shipping label and never received one. Instead my daughter (16) was yelled at by the president and CEO and called at thief.
Nothing could be further from the truth. She is a straight "A" student, star athlete, and hard working kid that worked to earn the money to buy the ring but didn't earn enough money to afford the duplicate charge or overdraft it caused. After being called a thief the the President Laurie threatened her by letting her know she was going to send her to collections and that the collections company is "raunchy." Not a fair way to treat anyone let alone a minor.
The store may be fine but they are not a good place for e-commerce due to disorganization. Other reviews will confirm this. We will also be raising this concern with Pandora.

I ordered the same Pandora bracelet that I previously bought at a Pandora store in thI did this because the store was closed due to COVID-19. Instead a cheap, thin bracelet arrived. I wasn't aware Pandora made this type of bracelet. I immediately asked to return it. Silence from this jewelry store. Pandora has a 30 day return policy. This shop has dishonored that policy.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order for Mother's Day last Wednesday, paid for two day shipping and of course they took my money, but I haven't even received a SHIPPING notification. I have never posted a yelp review before but I am beyond livid. I have called multiple times everyday to reach nobody and be unable to leave a voicemail and have sent multiple emails.

I searched up Pandora on google and this came up, the website seemed legit which is why I didn't think anything of it, I ended up orderding a ring. I got the confirmation email right after, it's been 10 days since I ordered and it never came nor did I ever get a shipping confirmation email after I paid for 3-7 day shipping. Will never order from this website ever again. Also tried calling customer service and no one answered, very disappointed

Please don't ever be like me and make the mistake of ordering from this company. I googled a Pandora bracelet for my wife for Mother's Day on May 4th in the morning. I wasn't sure if do to Covid19 orders were not being taken at the official Pandora and this website came up. I admit and take responsibility for this mistake. I placed and order with 2 day shipping included.
No where on the website did it have a cutoff date for Morhers Day. I got an immediate email. On Thursday in the afternoon I received an email saying that the bracelet would be delivered on Mon May 11 which as we all know is the day AFTER Mother's Day! If they cared at all they would have called and said it wouldn't make it by Mother's Day.
I now have to do the walk of shame and tell my wife that her Mothers Day gift won't be here until Monday. My wife is on the front lines of Covid19 busting her butt everyday and this company has ruined our Mother's Day! I should have read the reviews to see how horrible they are before placing the order. I can't give a zero or I would.
It is extremely upsetting because I did the right thing and paid for the 2 day shipping. I will never not order from the actually retailer again and please DONT make the same mistake as I did! Learn from me.

Due to the corona virus it has been challenging to find a great birthday gift for my mother. She absolutely loves pandora. I went on to the pandora site and I found the perfect mother daughter charm. Unfortunately it was out of stock. I stumbled across this website and found the exact same charm! It was on backorder so I did follow through with the order knowing that it would take longer than usual.
I found another happy birthday charm set that I just couldn't resist getting her so I ordered that as well. They didn't take the money out of my bank until the order was shipped and processed. They were very helpful giving me information on where my package was and when they were sending it out. My mother was not expecting it at all when she opened the box.
It was packaged nicely and I was very thankful I was able to get something at such short notice. I am very pleased with this company! They also sent a 20% off next purchase coupon which I'll be using to purchase a Mother's Day gift. Thank you to all the staff that made it all happen!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If you have a damaged return. I purchased a Pandora bracelet with charms. The bracelet broke 2 weeks after I received it. I paid to ship it back to them to be replaced because it was under warranty. 1 week after they received it, I had to contact them to find out the status which was "yes we received it but it hasn't been opened to be exchanged." Another week later I contacted them again to learn "Oh it's on backorder".

Pandora was having a sale i decided to order on line from this store because they had sold out charms that i wanted in stock.i ordered on the 13th its now the 23rd i contacted them they said they oversold shipment should be in shortly i contacted them again a few days later and received no response its been 10 days im use to pandora items shipping out quickly funny thing is i ordered from two other pandora locations the same day and received my items 3 days later. so i now know not to place an order with this location if i wanted it to be gift.

I'm only giving one star because I can't write a review without it. I habe order a charm almost 3 months ago that I still haven't received and never received a conformation on the order either but they gladly took the money from my account, I've called serval times to be told the same thing, it can take a while for it to come back to there location since they sent it via us postal mail.
Real convenient you don't have a tracking number to provide and I'm suppose to wait forever for something you've already been paid for. No help when I call they have gotten paid an I never received merchandise and there's nothing they can do to help.

I ordered a ring that's was back ordered but Tracy stayed on the phone with me to find a ring that's available in there stock. As well they took the initiative to over night my order and it got there on Christmas Eve. Amazing company I will always do orders with them and I recommend everybody order here.

I was so excited to order a cristmas present for my mom, consisted of 2 items. Order was placed weeks ago, they they sent out only half the order and never bothered on contacting me to let me know they couldn't send the rest. 2 weeks later I was still expected to continue waiting for a product which I was never notified they didn't have was still on back order. Elisa ilana has horrible customer service very rude and careless, I am very disappointed on what was supposed to be a happy beautiful surprise for my favorite woman in the world completely ruined.

This place is great! I ordered a bracelet and a few charms and they shipped right away, however 2 of the beads were on backorder so I went to a pandora and got them in person because I needed it by valentines day. I called back to see if I could cancel the backordered items and they nicely and painlessly did :. Will definitely use again! Thanks!
