They are some of the nicest people I've met in Omaha. They took great care of the need I had to get my wifes ring fixed and I love good people! I will be back for any jewelry need that comes up in the future! Keep up the Good Work!

These people know how to take car of their customers. I've used them many times for over 10 years and the same people still work there. You won't find that or this level of customer service at the jewelry chain stores. You won't be disappointed!

This review is several years in the making. A couple of high end timepieces sold to me over a couple of decades, by the same guy. Jay. This person, along with his family, have the knowledge, know how, selection and just plain good customer experience. My last purchase there was a Rolex Airking. Price was excellent along with the chance of a deal that made it equally appealing. Jay took time to explain all the details of the timepiece and set it up so it was comfortable and right prior to walking out.

As I said earlier, this wasn't my first timepiece purchased here. Each time the experience was the same.perfection. Jay has always helped me and his Dad was always there to validate the experience. Unfortunately the store has severed ties with Rolex, but not to be deterred the store has so much more to offer. Stop in a marvel at beautiful pieces of jewelry. Timepieces that will amaze and my friend Jay. A wonderful place for a heritage piece for the family.

I love the customer service at Malashock's. My husband and I have been in there several times, originally looking for a wedding band. The staff make you feel like part of their family. We have given our business to them a few times since then, and have no regrets. They go above and beyond. I would recommend this family jewelry store to anyone. I like the idea of supporting local business and this one is a real gem, literally!

Actually, I don't purchase much jewelry, but when I do I think first (and only) of Malashocks. I've found everyone there to be so kind, and not at all intimidating. Mr. Malashock -- both senior and the younger are friendly and helpful. I call this "my" jewelry store!

The personal attention and customer service is outstanding. They have such a unique and equisite selection of jewelry. And, whatever they don't have, they can have made. They actually made a custom wedding band for my engagement ring. I would not shop at any other jewelry store.

I was looking for a engagement ring and I was referred to Deb @ Malashocks by a business friend of mine. She did not disappoint. I called her to set up an appointment on a Saturday, she asked for some ideas on preference of the rings looks. I gave her some scatterbrained ideas for sure. Then that Saturday I walked in and was greeted very kindly by another employee and Deb was with another customer.

The other employee then showed me to the rings and let me look through some and didn't hesitate when I wanted certain ones pulled out of the case for a closer look. I soon had a dozen rings out of the case. Deb was soon over and brought over a ring that she had picked out with the ideas I had given her. I was amazed, I didn't see the ring she had picked out for me until then.

Low and behold, that was the ONE. I bought it that day. The Fiance said YES. All thanks to Deb and team. The entire staff at Malashocks are great to work with. None of them are pushy like some other jewelry salesmen. Hopefully I don't need them for another Engagement. But they are atop my referral list and will not hesitate to visit again. Great people.

This place is amazing and if/when I buy another Rolex it will be from then. Here's why they are so great. I came into town; never bought my Rolex from them and was nearing the end of the service warranty after buying it new, and the ladies in here worked it so that I can get work done on my Rolex under the factory warranty. All at no cost to me.

They really care about what they do and they'll help you even if you haven't spent a bunch money with them. A very loyal organization that is lacking in today's businesses.

Just had a very pleasant experience. I used to frequent a mom and pop jewelry repair shop before they went out of business. I have had batteries replaced at Malashocks before, but never any repairs. I had some problems with a bent pin and link. I was in and out, free of charge. I didn't even buy the watch there. That's what gets people to come back. Brat

I recently moved to Omaha and visited Malashocks to have a band resized on an automatic watch. It was a very positive experience. Even though I didn't purchase the watch at Malashocks, the woman who helped me, Sara, graciously refused any payment for the adjustment, which involved trying three different band modifications. I will go back to look at the estate jewelry on display. There were some interesting pieces.

While I decided to not make my watch purchase here I must say the owner (Deb) and the sales associate (Sarah) were both very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to go back here again when the need arises.
