My fiance, Seth Jacobson customized the most beautiful engagement ring at Crown Jewels! It is everything I could have imagined and more! Seth and I both recommend Crown Jewels for all your needs! We will be repeat customers for sure! The service and personableness of the team was excellent!

I never leave reviews anymore but this one was shocking. Literally the first thing said to me was, " so what do you do for a living." Wow lol! I was shocked. I didn't even answer it and was immediately turned off. It's one thing to ask this question but entirely another after literally taking 12 steps into the store for the first time in your life and have it thrust right into your face at Mach speed.

Literally first thing. It just made me feel so judged and like a second class citizen because maybe I don't look or dress a certain way and may not have an ability to purchase. Also, no, that's not just trying to get know the customer and not all customers want to talk About themselves. Maybe, "how's your day going " would be more appropriate as a first interaction IMO.

I won't even get into the custom process or deposit because I'm sure that's totally based on what the customer looks like and the feel the owner gets from the customer and varies person to person. Just so others know, I was told you pay half Upfront even though you don't get any drawings upfront. I dunno, to each their own! I know on a custom house, I would never buy it and pay half up front without seeing the end result first!

Greg helped us customize the perfect engagement ring, and was so easy to work with. He made the entire experience not only easy, but genuinely fun and helped every step of the way with his expertise and patience. I cannot recommend him and this establishment enough!

Was visiting from out of town when my diamond fell out of my ring. The next morning took my ring and the diamond to them. Greg had my ring back on my finger in less than 6 hours! Much improved and more sparkly than it's been in 16 years! They even removed discoloration that was there when we purchased the ring originally!

I was looking for a Jeweler that could resize my wedding ring and mothers ring, I searched online to find one that didn't take weeks. I came across Crown Jewels in my search. I read the reviews and was impressed. I went in and and I have to say, I never felt so comfortable with a jeweler before, not even when we purchased my rings elsewhere 40 years ago! Greg was so pleasant and professional, he answered my questions, sized my finger and told me what my cost would be.

I was more than elated when he told me they could do it within 48 hours! I actually dropped them off yesterday, and they were ready today! They look beautiful like they did many years ago! I haven't been able to wear them for over 13 years, so this was a really special day for me to have them back on! Please, go see the staff at Crown Jewels if you need anything!
