Mitch's House Of Jewels

I made the mistake of buying a diamond and engagement band separately, after several Jewler's told me what I wanted could not be done I was starting to lose hope and look for a new ring. Luckily someone suggested I take my problems to Mitch. He not only created exactly what I wanted, he did it flawlessly and for a very reasonable price! Mitch's experience is on an entirely different level than any custom Jewler in the Central Valley, the state. perhaps the country?!

His expertise and passion shows in all of his work. Mitch took the time out of his busy schedule to sit down with me while I explained my vision to him, I could tell right off the bat he enjoyed a challenge and would not be easily defeated despite a challenging project. I would absolutely go back and would recommend Mitch to anyone.

Beautifully handcrafted pieces of jewelry that I'll never see on anyone else!

The owner guy is really helpful and patient while I tried to figure out what would be best for an engagement ring. I didn't know anything about diamonds so he explained all the "Cs" of diamonds quality. In the end, I had him design a custom ring based on one of the stock rings he had, since I wanted a bigger stone. The ring came out perfect, and the diamond was amazing looking.

This was years ago. I went back recently for some V-day present earrings and the guy remembered me, and gave me a discount on the earrings he had in stock. Overall, a really cool place. Not exactly cheap, but at least the things I have bought were great quality.

Mitch has made a few beautiful pieces for me (thanks to my wonderful husband) and I am often complimented on them. My husband has also found a few last minute gifts in the display cases. While not custom, they are lovely and Peggy always guides him to the right thing.

Mitch is in my opinion is the only true goldsmith/jeweler in Fresno. He is a true artist. If you don't believe me go see him make a ring or a pair of earrings. My girlfriend asked for earrings for Christmas and they were done in his shop. Although he will design and craft your purchase the prices will surprise you. I think his sister or his wife is the buyer for the precious stones as well. They have some interesting diamonds. Face it, majority of the jewelery you buy in stores will come from Turkey. Mitch carries that craftsmanship to Fresno, in the flesh.
