I recently had a break in @ my house, over 100,000 worth of jewerly. I chose this company to replace and remake all of my items. When I called to get a quote from jim, he told me it would be over a 500 dollar fee. I already told my insurance company that I would be going with ALAN JAMES JEWELERS. The quote was a mandatory step in the process. Confused on why I would be charged a 500 dollar fee when I was choosing this company to replace all of my items? Anyways I called a different jewelr in grosspointe, NO FEE and they are replacing all my jewelry for me.
