I have always had good service from the Jewelry Exchange. I brought a beautiful watch today.

Wanted to sell a diamond ring I inherited from my Mother so, started looking around the Gaithersburg area for jewelry stores. Decided to visit after seeing excellent reviews online for the Jewelry Exchange. I was so impressed! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took extra time to answer all my questions and educate me on diamonds.

Best of all, they purchased my ring for a great price! The transaction was fast and simple. I really enjoyed getting to know their team while we did business. Highly Recommend!

Great service. Needed to replace a Casio Electro metal watch band. The band I had bought on Amazon did not fit when I tried or the store tried. Kindly found a band which comfortably fit. Nice, quick service.

We took a considerable amount of time considering the best options for a three stone diamond ring. We were prepared to go with a reputable online vendor when we went into the store (for the third time). Steve was able to find the perfect marquis diamond from his vast network of diamond dealers.

They were able to have a custom design made in platinum, have all the stones set, and ready for me to pick up on Christmas eve. I could not have asked for a better service. On top of the exceptional craftsmanship, the price was far under the rings appraisal value. I was so happy with my experience, that I am having them design my wedding band as well.

Courteous, friendly staff. Brought my watch in to have the battery changed, only to pick it up and be told it is solar powered.so embarrassing. But they were super sweet about it, charged it for me, and tried to help me figure out what happened, as I wear it everyday and it gets sunlight. Then, there was no charge. Wow, how is that for great customer service and integrity.

Absolutely stellar service and quality. Long story short, I needed an engagement resized from a 7 down to a 4.125. No easy task, any jeweler will tell you. Brought a chained on with a broken clasp. Excellent repair in 1 day with reasonable price. Great service.

My experience was ok.not bad but they did not impress me. I took my watches in for service, one needed a complete overhaul and the other just some parts. The person who took my watches in was great but the communication after that was horrible. I had to call to get updates and to find out how to pay. I left messages in the morning and no call back until the next day.maybe. When I picked them up, the work was good and the pricing was what they said so no surprises but still not a great experience.

I wish I could give them a zero. They sold me an engagement ring with a diamond that had been filled with some sort of compound to hide a deep scratch. They totally ripped me off. The diamond is worthless and I would recommend anyone to spend the extra money and shop at Jared or some other trusted jewelry store.

Very nice and knowledgeable. The man up front was very honest and instead of hassling me to get a dollar out of my pendant he was honest and said I would make more money on eBay and directed me that way. Very clean inside and totally worth the time

I brought in my sterling silver engagement ring to be resized. They explained the pricing and the longevity of silver with me and we discussed my options. They called a few days later to let me know the price of the resizing and then only two days later it was all done and ready to be picked up. I am very impressed with the speed and pricing here. : I only docked a star because my ring had an added patina on it when I brought it in and when I picked it up, the patina was gone and the ring was a shiny silver instead.

This is not a problem in itself because I was actually thinking that the patina was going to slowly come off on its own anyway, but I was never told that they would be removing it. In fact, when the jeweler asked about it, I said that I wanted to keep it. It's possible that something happened while resizing it, or maybe they did not remember, but I wish that they would have asked. However, the ring is truly beautiful and fits like a charm so, on the whole, I am quite pleased and will return if I need any other jewelry assistance in the future.

I have been a customer at the Jewelry Exchange for almost 16 years now. They have NEVER Disappointed.in any of their services. From old Swiss Watch repairs, new & estate jewelry purchases to ring sizing. They are all very pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable & helpful. I have sent several friends and they all Thank me for such "a wonderful recommendation". Their prices are very reasonable. Parking is in front of the store.

Like lots of women, I love jewelry. Luckily, I also have a husband who likes looking at and shopping for jewelry too. We've been in MD 5 years and just now found Jewelry Exchange of MD. It's a better version of our favorite hometown store in TN. My mother in law and I bought three items in the last week: a pair of baroque pearl earrings, an angel skin coral ring, and a mystic topaz ring.

All wonderful quality. All GREAT prices. They take a lot off of the sticker price. You're definitely no paying huge mall jewelry store retail prices here folks. Additionally, the selection here is to die for. A lot of unique and estate pieces. They also have a great selection of costume pieces and don't treat you any differently based on the price range you're shopping for that day.

They are a full service store which is great for those of you like me who need a trusted source to get your old favorites back up and running without being scammed on material and labor cost. In case you haven't figured it out.you won't be disappointed.

I needed to find a place close by that bought old wedding rings and bands. The gentleman here was very friendly and helped me right away. He recommended I sell my items on eBay for more value than what he could offer. I definitely liked the honesty and saw a pretty large selection of jewelry for display.
