AJ did a wonderful job redesigning my engagement and wedding ring, it was completely updated but still kept the character of the original design from 37 years ago. I love it!

The son and mother of this family own business are extremely nice and very helpful. The father on the other hand was very rude and dismissive. I came in to have a ring reduced that has a Celtic pattern around it. I expected the pattern to get distorted but I don't want my ring to fall off. The mother and son gave me advice and were willing to work with me.

The father who is the master Craftsman, looked at my ring for maybe 5 seconds or less and said I'm not interested in doing the work and turned his back to me and walked away. No advice, no suggestions, and very rude and dismissive. To be honest it felt like he was looking down on me and judging me. I recommend going to P j's in the mall if you need work done

After visiting several well named jewelry stores and having felt pushed to purchase wedding bands that weren't "right, " I was frustrated beyond belief. The second my then fiance and I walked into Gold Thumb, we knew we were in for a different experience. We were greeted by the whole family, including puppy Fenwick. After a few questions, I was handed exactly what I didn't know that I was looking for!

As if that wasn't enough, they were able to create a similar ring that exactly fit my engagement ring! The bonus? It wasn't any more expensive than a ring at the box store, and is one of a kind! Then the guys ring. My guy is suuuper indecisive and they had nothing but patience for him to find the right band. After several trips to try on different rings, we thought we had scored the one, but ended up deciding that it wasn't the right size after getting home.

Not only did they reorder the ring in a better size, but they offered to meet him outside of their business hours in order to ensure he received it before our wedding. I'm so glad that we found Bert, Virginia, AJ, and Jennifer! We'll definitely be back!

I used gold thumb to make a custom engagement ring. My fiance loves the ring and The entire team at Gold Thumb was fantastic to work with through the whole process. I got to talk directly with the person who did the actual creation of the ring and discuss each step. Plus they worked with me to find a fit for my budget. I will come back to get a matching band and I would recommend them to anyone

The owners of this place are always helpful and knowledgeable. Had an engagement ring re-sized here and they were quick, friendly, and the craftmanship was solid. When looking for jewelry, they never seem pushy and are happy to work to find you what you want and don't seem to care at all about just making a sale. Wonderful place!
