DO NOT SHOP HERE! I bought my engagement and wedding ring here. Less than 6 months later the band has diamonds falling out. I take it in to get it fixed, then they lose my ring and the guy on the phone was a jerk about it because I was questioning how much it was going to cost me to replace one diamond. I get to the jeweler to look at it and it ends up being a totally different ring.

They find the ring two days later and in my opinion the cost to replace it was expensive but I paid it. Two days later TWO more diamonds fell out. I went to a different jeweler because my experience was so bad there and they tell me that they don't recommend that I replace the diamonds at all because the other ones are going to fall out too! The prongs are so tiny and not well made that they advise to not fix it. I can't believe I spent all that money and my wedding band is a cheap piece of garbage. NEVER will I shop here again!

As a kid I used to see Guzzetta Jewelers from my parents car when we would drive by all the time over 25 years ago. They are still a part of Roseville to this day. I finally went in to get an engagement ring. Greg helped me build a custom solitaire diamond ring. He was very helpful and friendly. He special ordered diamonds that I described and I got to hand pick my favorite one along with a ring to fit it.

It was then built to order and I am so impressed with the results. More importantly, my fiance is very happy with it. Get great service and support local business, go to Guzzetta Jewelers.

We have been buying all my jewelry at this store forever. Diamonds, Rubies, sapphires, Pearls, emeralds, etc. their service is excellent. It is a family run business that is very loyal to their customers and treats them like their friends. I highly recommend this company to buy your jewelry.

If there were 0 stars that's how I would rate this jewelry store! I brought 2 rings in one to be sized and the other had a loose diamond the prong needed to be adjusted. The sales associate recommended that I have it dipped in rhodium so I agreed. However when I picked the rings up the stone was loose on the ring I had sized and the one that was dipped was very rough on the inside.

I brought them back and they refused to address the issue. I'd have to pay again. The sales associate said that "I" had damaged the ring! I had NOT worn the ring! AT ALL! So rude I've been taking all of my jewelry there for almost 17 years. I've had my jewelry appraised there. I was shocked! They did not care in the least. I would not go here again if they were giving jewelry away.most of the selection is very standard and boring anyway. That's why I have never purchased anything and only have taken my jewelry for adjustments! I'm thoroughly disgusted with the attitude I received. I will NEVER return or recommend to my friends.

My first Yelp review- the older man that owns this is the best part and helped me the first time I went in. He was awesome. The other men are not helpful and totally dropped the ball on our necklace. They had it a month and forgot to send it in to have it fixed. Then when we said we would come get it they said they didn't have it but would have it on Saturday.

We went to pick it up(he said they closed at 3:00) and we pulled up at 2:30 and this guy was locking the door! It has gone way down hill. Very sad- these guys have horrible service and are not honest at all.

Do yourself a favor and skip Kay, and ShaneCo! This is a smaller company, and they treat people with kindness and respect. Greg made my engagement ring shopping a breeze. I probably wasn't doing a good job explaining what I wanted with my ring, and they didn't have the EXACT thing in for me to try on (most settings just stuck out a little to much for me).

I put my trust in Greg because I was only able to see a photo of the actual ring I was getting. (I wanted a very specific detail not because a lack of selection). It was hard to tell if it would look exactly how I wanted when I got it, and I was hesitant. but they set my diamond PERFECTLY, and Greg guided me to my DREAM ring even with a dicey description of what I had dreamed up.

He helped my Fiance get the best bang on the diamond and we went much bigger than I expected without compromising any quality. It has some serious sparkle! What I appreciate the most is that they did not use the pandemic as an excuse to compromise customer service. Life, and wedding planning is challenging enough during a pandemic and I find people in customer service have lost touch with humanity, and connection.

Not here, Greg and the other representatives made the experience of ring shopping sweet and special unlike the other stores. I was nearly in tears leaving ShaneCo because I figured everywhere we went would treat us like diseased animals that need to be scolded and told to stand 6 feet away from.get this: THE PERSON WE ARE ABOUT TO MARRY. Support small business ALWAYS! Thank You Greg and Guzzetta you made my engagement ring dreams come true!

I've recently bought an engagement ring a natural flawless diamonds, for a reasonable price. Thank you so much, my fiance loves it.

Very friendly, checked out the ring that needed repair and gave an estimate. Also cleaned my wedding ring which was a nice surprise. Left the ring to be repaired as I felt comfortable doing so.

I took my jewelry that is very special in to be repaired. The owner Gary came out and helped me personally. He and his staff are wonderful. They took care of me at a very reasonable price. It is great to find a jeweler that you can trust. Thank you. I will go there again

Buyers beware once they have your money its over. I don't like writing negative reviews but feel compelled to save others from this situation that presented itself. In my 51 years I have never experienced such horrible transaction that I had with Guzzettas Jewelers. Little background on my story I bought some expensive to me ear rings for my girlfriend which was to help the rocky road we were on.

Well that night it didn't work out like I planned and we broke up. The very next day I brought the Ear-rings back for refund explaining my situation. Gary was stone cold with we can't return for a refund only in store credit. I beg you I don't need any in store credit I just lost my girlfriend last night. Insult to injury. Please have some compassion and leniency for my incident less than 24 hours prior.

Never worn still giftwrapped still no mercy. Hopefully this review will help others decide and stay away from the greedy and unsympathetic people like Nick and Gary that represent Guzzetta Jewelers. I can say more but at least now you know what kind of people your dealing with. Big mistake on my part wish I would have read more reviews on Guzzetta Jewelers. Really wish I didn't have to write this review.

Nick is the nicest man and as honest as the day is long. He took extremely good car of my wife and my needs with our wedding ring. If you need an honest deal, see Nick!

Guzzetta Jewelers is my go to Jeweler, every time I need a repair they are always eager to help. My wife's pendant clasp broke and when I took it to Guzetta, Mike asked for my info and told me it would be a week. Within three days Mike called me and said there was some wear on the loop that the chain slides through, I said yes fix it! I asked if he needed more time, he said no, it will be ready within the hour. I can't say enough about their service!

Disappointed. I bought a ring from Guzetta (from another location that has since closed) years ago and a stone fell out. So, I came to this location to have it repaired. The man who helped me, I think he is the actual original owner, was not very personable. I was hoping they would replace it for free or give me a discount, but he didn't so much as even apologize for the poor quality of the ring.

He gave me a quote and I decided to get another opinion. I went to Sharif's, had a much better experience overall, and now have a ring that is repaired, cleaned, and looks fantastic.

I had a great experience with Guzzetta. I went in to check out their inventory. I was really impressed with the quality and styles they had. Their staff, especially Erika, was super knowledgeable and helpful My wedding band had several loose diamonds and needed some serious cleaning. The made the repairs and it looks gorgeous. I highly recommend this place!

My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band at the Sacramento store many years ago. We decided it was time for an upgrade so I visited this location to see about their trade in policy. They still have top notch customer service and are willing to give you a discount on your purchases.

They have friendliest and most knowledgeable sales people I've ever dealt with! They make you feel like family. Fantastic selection of jewelry!

Borderline shady! Consigned a ring and it was sold and we were not told about it for nearly a year! Still haven't gotten full amount! Asked for it numerous times with lots of bs excuses!

My husband originally bought my engagement band at the Sacramento store before it closed. When he was ready to propose, Jessica from the Roseville location helped him build a custom ring using the stone from my grandmothers wedding ring. It turned out PERFECT and more beautiful than anything on my Pinterest board. We ended up purchasing my husbands wedding band, necklaces for my bridesmaids, and a watch for my husband to wear on our big day as well. The staff at Guzzetta is amazing and I highly recommend them.

I am not really sure how to rate this place. I tried to go in to look for an engagement ring. The door has a sign to ring the bell to be let in. It was 1:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. I rang the bell twice and could see a person working at a table inside. I just do not know what to think. It was just odd. In short, they may or may not have great products and prices. Your guess is as good as mine.

Gary Guzzetta was able to set my spouse and I at ease about repairing her very delicate vintage ring which had the diamond setting fall apart. We were both impressed with the quality of the repair. It looks great now! The professionalism of the staff was outstanding.

Love the rings my husband got from here. We went back recently to get them fixed because of some wear and they did a wonderful job restoring the shine! They look brand new again. :

Gary and everyone is super friendly and helpful. I've been coming here for years for jewelry maintenance and plan to purchase my fiance's wedding band from here. I love that I usually get a little discount due to my continued business and feel like a valued customer. I totally trust them and their products and service. My lifetime jeweler!

I took my fiance to many stores looking for the ring of my dreams. We started at Guzzetta, and no one even came close to their quality or high level of service - plus to my fiance's delight - at nearly half the price of the other stores! I love my ring, and I get so many compliments on how beautiful it is.

The worst customer service you can imagine. We took my husbands wedding band in for a simple repair. (It got bent somehow). The man who helped us was abrupt, rude and impatient. He barely glanced at the ring and quickly told us that it would be $20.00 a solder.and the repair would require several, plus the cost for any other repairs that were required.

We of course asked why? We were TOLD the band had several cracks. (Not shown) He then abruptly told one of the office girls to just give us a claim check. We were like, "whoa whoa.where are the cracks?" "Wait, show us what needs to be done". The man continued to respond to our simple questions with an aggressively bad attitude. We walked out WITH our ring.(lost customers) We then went over to Fountains to the Kenny G. & Company Jewelers.

The Manager, Robert Hewitt happened to be there.he inspected the band. NO CRACKS. Immediately repaired the bent band in front of us.then buffed it to sparkling new.beautiful job. NO CHARGE! Now that's service. Will we be back to Kenny G & Company? Will we tell our friends? You bet! But thumbs down to Guzzetta.

Recommended by Andre a retired jeweler who we did business with as well as Ropers! I mentioned a couple of jewelers to replace him as he was retired and he said "not good options Monica, go next door to see Gary". I had no idea they were there but so thankful that I do now. Awesome customer service, greeted with a smile, beautiful display of jewels. I wanted all of them! I have a new home! They sized a new setting and set my diamond. Looks beyond fabulous! Gary and staff are the best in town!

I took my wedding band in to Guzzetta's for repair after going to numerous other jewelry stores to try to get some inner-band engraving filled in. The other stores either said it couldn't be done or said they couldn't do it - said the gold color couldn't be matched perfectly or that it would take removing too much gold to polish it out. Guzzetta's said no problem, they would FILL the letters with gold solder and then polish.ended up great and they also refinished the outside, with appropriate areas satin finish and other areas polished. Then it dawned on me that there's a difference between a mall 'jewelry' store and an actual 'jeweler'.
