Pickens was so great resizing my ring for me. They could not have been more accommodating and patient as we had to resize it several times! I will use them for all my jewelry needs!

They have crafted an engagement/wedding band ring using our family stones, sold our family another beautiful engagement/wedding ring set from their case and have done numerous repairs of all kinds on jewelry not even purchased from their store. I took my wedding band that was purchased elsewhere to have a stone replaced and they did a wonderful job and it was done very quickly. I will certainly return to Pickens for future services and purchases.

I'm so happy with the work Pickens Jewelers did for me! A friend recommended them to me after I hadn't been able to wear my wedding set for years. I had been reluctant to get them upsized due to the unusual setting of my wedding band. I was also worried about the price after looking into it online. They took my rings and made me confident it would be no problem.

The price was more than reasonable too! The rings were ready days before they had predicted and they look perfect! You cannot tell they were taken up one whole size! The diamonds on the knife edge infinity band are still perfectly spaced and they look as beautiful as they did on my wedding day. Why did I wait so long?!

Pickens Jewelers came highly recommended by two of my friends. Having used other jewelers in Atlanta, I found them to be very courteous and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of beautiful jewelry at a nice price point. They designed and made a floating diamond necklace for me end it turned out gorgeous. I was able to pick it up in two weeks! I would highly recommend this established store to everyone.

I accidentally knocked the diamond loose in my engagement ring right before going out of town. Pickens was able to get it fixed AND add a small missing diamond on my band within a couple hours so I had it for my trip. Highly recommend!

All of the staff members are so attentive and kind. While I was waiting, they cleaned my ring and it's looks so new. I lost an earring so they made the remaining one into a necklace pendant and I love it.

Lovely people, quick & excellent service. I was hesitant to take my diamond necklace anywhere after several bad experiences with jewelers, but Pickens is just around the corner & had great reviews. They shortened the chain exactly how I wanted, cleaned & polished it without me asking, and had the piece ready the following day. I will definitely be bringing more jewelry to them.

I had several items I wanted checked out for to see if repairs needed. I completely trusted their honest opinions recommendations and suggestions and could not be happier with the result. They beautifully repaired a tennis bracelet where the latch was loose, re did the head of my engagement ring and repaired the channels of an anniversary band to keep the diamonds safe inside. Extremely reasonable prices and it was all completed in just a few days. Staff very friendly. Family run business. Only open weekdays. Parking was no issue.

It has been 3 months now and my ring is still shiny. :-) =====UPDATED ==== Got my ring rhodium plated! Get it done for less than $40! The lady who took my ring seemed a bit short with me (probably because it was end of day) but hey they got the job done, and done well! When I picked up my ring, a guy named Hayes was really nice and accommodating. My ring came out super shiny and gorgeous. I will be back! -CL

Pickens, Inc is a small, family-owned & run business that provides the perfect personal touch when selecting/creating your jewelry. I went to Pickens to have them create a stackable ring to go with one I already had and model it after a friend's beautiful Tiffany ring. I already had a piece of jewelry to provide the white gold & diamonds, but needed an expert jeweler to bring the piece to life.

He did - it's beautiful and was a gift to myself for completing my MBA. I also purchased a beautiful diamond & black enamel Hildago ring from them at the same time, which was on sale and extremely reasonably priced! I'll be back when I'm ready to commemorate the next big occasion in my life, whatever & whenever that may be!

TAKE YOUR JEWELRY REPAIRS ELSEWHERE! This business is NOT to be trusted. They will tell you one price when you drop off your jewelry repairs, then when it is time for you to pick up your jewelry the price will be 30-40% higher than the original quote. If you refuse to pay the higher price, they won't give you back your jewelry! What a scam! Do not fall for it like I did. Walter Pickens is a true scam artist.
