Great service and price, and a great collection of watches. Very helpful and went above and beyond to make it a good experience.

Avoid Classic Jewelry at Cumberland Galleria. I bought a Hamilton's watch for my wife in November 2019 and we've had constant issues with the watch band breaking, the battery dies, and the watch simply does not work. Their customer service is the only thing worse than the watch. The watch has been in for service for at least 6 times, they keep the watch for 2-4 weeks and it only come back with a new issue.

The watch has been worn fewer times than it's been in for service. The owner will not offer us a refund or another watch. She claims the watch is out of warranty even though the two year warranty has not been breached. The only thing she does is talk you to death. I feel like we are being scammed!

I have known Tova (the owner) of Classic Jewelry for 20 years and she has always been extremely helpful when I am buying jewelry for myself and my loved ones. Tova has some of the best, most unique jewelry that I have ever seen. Not to mention, she has immaculate taste! She always knows what will look great, even before I do. Tova was able to specially order me a beautiful, delicate Philip Stein watch that had their special technology and I couldn't be happier with it.
