30 years in jewelry. never dealt with a company with worse customer service. i ordered a ring. they didnt make it sold me what that had.full price and i will be paying twice as much to give my bride the ring she wants. the solution they had was tell the bride she will find one she loves!

This business treat business partner like they are going to scam them. One of my customer like particular wending set in gnd catalog they ask us to order for them. I contact them for order they ask me to fill out their wonderful form again. after 4 time in pass 3 years ( I alway do COD ) this time I decide to paid with credit card it should save some cost again I fill out cc form. they run it to point I got locked out of that cc, 2nd card same thing, 3th card something I have to call 3 bank to unlock my card I am not sure what they are doing that keep cause fraudulent alert in bank that block transaction. 4th time with other business cc card I email them it go nothing. 2 weeks later nothing. no item ship, no what the he going on. if this how they conduct their business this will be my try with them.

I order gold n diamonds from multiple vendors weekly base all I have to do tell them what I need each end of month I got my bill statement. I am like why I put up with this business 3 time in pass. no idea. but this will be last. Highly not recommended!

We had a couple in our store who were getting married the next day at 1:00 pm. The gentleman needed a wedding band. We ordered him a gents diamond wedding band from Gold-N-Diamonds. They said they would ship it overnight and we would receive it by 10:30 am. The ring did not arrive that morning and the couple was upset. So, of course, we lost that sale.

When the ring arrived at 1:30 it was too late. We asked the Fed Ex deliverer why the package was late. He explained that it was not late but was not due to be delivered until 4:30 pm. He further explained that if Gold-N-Diamonds wanted it delivered by 10:30, they should have shipped it "first overnight" instead of "priority overnight". Since anyone can make a mistake, we decided to keep (and pay for) the ring if Gold-N-Diamonds would remove the shipping charge.

They refused to accept our offer so we returned the ring to them. They got the ring back and issued us a credit but are still billing us for the shipping. We are unhappy with the service of Gold-N-Diamonds and cannot recommend them to others.
