Shari was amazing. Patient, funny and kind. She spent as much time with me as I needed to figure out what I really wanted. They have a great selection, even the hard to find watch I really wanted. I was looking to purchase a new watch and walked into the downtown Ben Bridge store. I had the opportunity to meet and work with the Store Director, John Marietta. On my first visit John took some time to educate me on all the different choices. I made several visits to the store prior to committing to a purchase and each time the level of customer service was exceptional. John was competent, courteous, professional and kind.
After I made the purchase he literally made it an event to remember. The customer service was amazing. After the visits and the purchase I will be a repeat client. I strongly recommend checking out the downtown Ben Bridge store and it's top notch staff. It doesn't get any better.

Of all the Ben Bridge locations across the Puget Sound, this is by far the best one - because of our personal jeweler, Z. If you want top notch service without high pressure sales ask for her. She's genuinely interested in helping you with whatever you're looking for and not just trying to get a commission. She is so sweet and personable. Will buy all of our jewelry and watches from her in the future. She's the best!

I had the pleasure working with Matt T. at this location. He was so helpful and really took my preferences in mind. He followed up with me, which I really appreciated. I am pretty loyal purchasing items from the same company and sales associates. Matt makes it easy to want to continue working with him on future purchases! Also a shout out to "Z" who helped me package my item when Matt was off that day.
She really took the time to do this and gave me some education on the item. She was very kind and helpful. This really speaks to the quality of client services Ben Bridge provides and I highly recommend both associates!

I had a wonderful experience working with Matt T. for my mom's birthday gift! Matt is extremely friendly and super knowledgeable about watches and jewelry and took the time to understand my mom's preferences and recommended a couple of options. My wife and I went in to look for some watches for a special occasion coming up and Ryan Marshall took such good care of us. He greeted us almost immediately and was so kind and helpful. There were none available to purchase that day (not a surprise), but we did have some questions on sizing. Ryan took the time to talk with us and have us try on the different sizes we were considering, and it helped so much.
My wife had some questions about dial colors and Ryan busted out the book and everything! Compare this to the experience we had at a different location, and it was the complete opposite. We waited forever for anyone to even acknowledge us, and when we finally did get some help, it didn't seem like they wanted our business at all. We left feeling confused and disappointed. We left the Seattle Ben Bridge feeling so fortunate to have had that wonderful redeeming experience with Ryan. Highly Recommended!

I've been looking to buy watches for my mom and dad in return for the Rolex they bought me when I graduated 5 years ago. Tried a few other jewelry stores but got ignored or turned away. Tried one last time before my flight home at this store and couldn't be happier. Everyone here is nice and professional. I had the pleasure to work with Shari Hutchinson.
She's knowledgeable and down to earth. She helped me pick a watch for my mom and promised will keep an eye out for another one for my dad. She also spent time patiently letting me try on different watches on display to make sure their sizes and weights fit my taste. Excellent customer service overall. Will definitely come back here to buy future watches.

I've dealt with various Ben Bridge Jewelers over the years, and in each case I've found the customer service to be uniformly excellent. In this instance I worked with Matt Treich at the Downtown Seattle store. I needed a new titanium bracelet for my older Breitling Aerospace. Matt was most helpful in ordering the bracelet and then had it shipped to a Ben Bridge closer to my home for ease of pickup.
Because of the current shipping backlog procuring the bracelet from Breitling took some time, but Matt kept me well informed throughout. Base on my previous experiences I'm not surprised at this level of attention, but I am grateful.

Great jewelry selection, timeliness, and customer service! I was searching for a mount for my engagement ring and went to a few places prior and my experience was nothing like my experience at Ben bridge. Unlike other jewelry stores, I was immediately welcomed and helped in what I was searching for. My fiance and I felt comfortable and not pressured as we looked at different mounts - Peggy, our amazing jeweler - asked questions/gave suggestions to help me find what I wanted.
After deciding on a beautiful mount from the Bella Ponte collection, we placed a custom order expecting it to take 4-6 weeks but was done at 3 1/2. Overall happy with my experience at Ben bridge & definitely recommend checking them out!

Been purchasing all of my jewelry and watches here at Ben Bridge for the past 2 years and they have always provided top notch customer service. NOBU has always been polite and very welcoming to myself and my family. All of the other sales associates are always smiling and always greet me when I come in. For all of your watch and jewelry needs stop by and see Nobu. He will not disappoint and I always look forward to seeing him when my other half wants jewelry or finding a new watch for myself!

Dropped off TAG diving watch end of August then store fronts closed due covid. Didn't know if my watch was in for battery & O-ring was being service during this time. When store ewopwn d in September I had to call to find out status & told another 2 weeks & they would So what you gonna do. Waited just over 2 weeks & called again. The gal said oh yah it's ready - we left you a msg (NOT!). Asked to verify cost - now $50 higher & no additional service was required to justify new rate. Shouldn't original quote rate be honored?
Wish I had them write it on my pickup receipt. So pick d it up paid new quote & they didn't even have correct date set. Won't go back At least it's got a 1yr service warranty. ( Need to read service warranty slip closely!)

Thank you for the best service every time I come to clean my jewelry and buy new pieces. I just got a triple-layer, 2K diamond-laced anniversary ring and I'm uber in love with it. I think cubic zirconia is super tacky so thank you for not showing me any of these! I got my band resized to my little finger and it came sooner than promised :) Thank you for never trying to get me to spend more than I intend on spending.
They work with you and your budget so when I tell them how much I'm willing (and not willing) to spend, they are respectful. Also I know it's not this exact location, but thank you to the timeworks location for your help finding the perfect Patek.

5-stars because of the great service we received from Hiroko! We've visited numerous Ben Bridge stores across the country for many years & can't complain of the service provided anywhere but Hiroko was just amazing. Although this store location is further from us than Pearl Ridge, we will be sure to return!

Look. I don't speak a lick of Japanese. Well, maybe oishi and konichiwa. I know this place caters to the Japanese tourists as evidenced by the number of bilinguists on staff. I am a local boy, who, on most occasions, won't be confused for a fancy pants. But, I love my watches. So I walk in and have a look around. I try striking up a conversation and ask if they had a Sport models laying around. I.e. submariners or explorers.
I already knew what he was gonna say, but he basically said "no" and continued to Windex the case tops. He barely even looked up at me. What a dick. I then asked if they would be able to swap dials from a Day Date I recently inherited from my dad. "No, this is a Rolex Boutique. We don't do things like that." Hey man, sorry for asking.you keep cleaning the glass tops to show off the 50 or so date justs that nobody wants. If you're wondering, the extra star is for the store presentation. Immaculate.

Ben Bridge has always been a family favorite of my parents for the past 30+ years. My Dad would always go there to purchase special gifts for my Mom. Fast forward to the present, and my fiance and I decided to stop by here since he wanted to "put a ring on it". We had already visited other jewelers in the mall: Kays, Zales, and Jared. We went into Ben Bridge and was helped by Macy.
She was very helpful, but still came up empty. She informed us she could special order a stone when we told her what we wanted - cut, carat, color, clarity, and of course budget. A week later Macy called us in and showed us two stones and a possible halo setting. We loved it! We had found "the ring". During the 5 months with the ring, the setting was not up to par and I had to take it back 3 times due to a stone falling off the band. Luckily, we had purchased the care plan that guarantees replacement and labor for the lifetime of the piece. I'm sure you're wondering at this point, why I'm giving them 5 stars?
The reason is that each time I had to take it back for repair, it was no charge, no questions asked, and both Macy and Glenn provide excellent customer service! This last time, we had decided to just go with a totally new setting. They gave full credit for the first setting, transferred over the care plan, and gave an additional discount on our new setting.
The new setting would be a thicker band with BIGGER diamonds! Aren't "diamonds a girl's best friend"? Thank you Glenn and Macy! Even though some problems arose, you definitely made the experience a positive one and were very accommodating to our needs! We look forward to our next purchase there!

Walking by the store front Saturday, not planning on going inside but a ring in the window caught my eye. Tried on rings, and was assisted by Erin. She was friendly and brought out several rings and explained each product to me. Decided on one that I liked but it was definitely an impulse purchase and decided I didn't need it and left. However I could not stop thinking about the ring in the window, so I went back the next day.
Another guy helped me as he said Erin was off. I again tried other rings to make sure I really loved the one I came back for. He didn't have a name tag on like Erin did and he didnt introduce himself so I'm not sure his name (not on receipt either). I purchased the ring I came back for and an additional band to match he was very nice & helpful, wish I got his name. Great shopping experience with low pressure

I dropped off my Victorinox watch a year ago for a battery replacement and mentioned I was interested in a rolex but there selection is somewhat limited. Did not have what I wanted but the service was great. A year later, I get a call from Erin Rios, the one who helped me with my Victorinox watch, and mentioned they are having a time and time again sale on rolex watches!
Long story short, I just purchased my first Datejust Rolex! For a salesperson to remember clients 1 year later is just amazing. See Erin at this store in pearl ridge if you want amazing service!

My fiance and I were going store-to-store all day looking at wedding rings. Needless to say I had a major headache. This is where we met Gayle. Gayle was so friendly and comfortable to talk to compared to other ring stores where they ignored us or tried to pressure us to buy something right away. Gayle really listened to us and it didnt feel like she was pressuring us.
The rings in general are so aesthically well crafted and unique. We were both stoked to buy rings in about 30mins that were under $1000 each. We were happy for the experience so im writing this to thank her and the company.

I went to at least 7 jewellery shops looking for my engagement ring. I wanted something unique not your standard raised diamond solitaire setting because I am very athletic and want to wear it 24/7. Ben Bridge had the friendliest staff that didn't make me feel inferior or wasting their time. More importantly I liked their designs they are more unique and affordable.
My fiance got the lifetime warranty plan which wasn't very expensive and you get free cleanings anytime you want and they want you to bring it in for check-ups twice a year. He financed the ring no interest for one year it was very affordable. They have an upgrade program I haven't used yet. They were having a diamond event and Glenn Grande helped us and told us all about the event. After walking out and almost leaving the mall we decided to go back for more info. Glenn was super nice and helpful. Not pushy like all of the other places we went to.

Glenn also introduced us to the manager Kiana who was super friendly and made sure my boyfriend could afford the ring and what the monthly payments would be. We had such a great experience with these two and absolutely love how the ring came out.

I didn't purchase jewelry here, but my ring insurance (Jewelers Mutual) allows me to get my ring repaired/cleaned through them. In the past three years I've taken my ring in to get small side diamonds replaced twice and every time the repair is done in less than two weeks and I get a brand new looking ring back: diamonds replaced, settings tightened, rhodium dipped, clean and shiny! I'm very pleased with their service. Also a shout out to Jeweler's Mutual for making these transactions so quick and free! I only pay $50/year!
